truTV Spotlights Jobs Involving Extreme Conflict In Revealing New Series ALL WORKED UP

Series Premieres Monday, Oct. 19, with Back-to-Back episodes at 9 and 9:30 p.m. (ET)

Everyone has a bad day at work once in a while. But for some workers who have to deal with extreme conflict, every day can seem like a bad day. They get yelled at, spit on and sometimes even assaultedand that can happen before their first coffee break. In truTV's new series ALL WORKED UP, the network showcases the first-person stories of a recurring cast of characters working jobs that frequently find them trying to calm down the people they deal with on a daily basis. Whether repossessing someone's prized possessions, towing illegally parked cars or delivering court papers to people who don't want to be found, the show's hard workers are constantly in the line of fire from an angry public. No matter how outrageous the situation or ridiculous the encounter, these professionals have been there, done that and lived to tell about it.

ALL WORKED UP comes to truTV from RDF USA. Chris Coelen and Lauren Gellert serve as executive producers for RDF. For truTV, Robyn Hutt serves as executive in charge of production, and Jessica Shreeve serves as executive producer.

ALL WORKED UP premieres with back-to-back episodes Monday, Oct. 19, at 9 and 9:30 p.m. (ET). The series travels across the country to bring viewers larger-than-life characters at the top of their game, for whom ducking punches and dodging bullets is all in a day's work. Armed with their clipboards, their senses of humor, or a 250,000 volt stun gun, the show's characters have what it takes to deliver the goods. The result is a perfect blend of passionate confrontations and laugh-out-loud encounters.

The following is a rundown of the show's recurring workers:

Repossessors: Ron and Amy Shirley of Lizard Lick Towing in Wendell, N.C.

Ron and Amy primarily repossess vehicles and other machinery whose owners have fallen behind on payments. Their clients are the lien holders who contract the couple to repossess the vehicles on their behalf. Ron's role in the company is to locate and then repossess the property, while Amy deals with the irate owners who want it back. Ron opened Lizard Lick Towing in 1998 with one rollback truck. Within 10 years with the help of Amy, he has built the business into a successful company with a staff of 15 and a fleet of 20 trucks.

Process Server: Byran McElderry in New York City

Byran Mcelderry is a native Bronx resident and 20-year veteran of the New York legal system. Byran is contracted by the state to issue court orders to people who don't want to be found. The court orders range from unpaid fines to divorce proceedings. His job is made doubly hard by the fact that Byran has to issue the papers face to face. Without physically putting the papers into a defendant's hands, the papers don't count as being served.

Head of Security for an Amusement Park: Dan Hall of Dorney Park in Allentown, Penn.

Dan Hall is Dorney Park's head of security. His job consists of looking after the park's 20,000 visitors a day. He patrols on foot looking for people who are not following the park's rules. Preventing people from cutting in line, dealing with drunk patrons and breaking up fights are all in a day's work for Dan. Over the course of a three-month summer season, he will eject over 500 people from the park and deal with thousands of irate and unhappy visitors.

Code Enforcers: Frank Cassidy of Fort Myers, Fla.

Frank runs the code enforcement unit in Fort Myers. The unit deals with complaints from residents over neighborhood nuisances ranging from barking dogs to unkempt properties. Frank has the task of actually confronting the problem neighbors face-to-face on their property. Frank issues citations and then does follow-up visits to make sure violators are complying.

Head of Security for Professional Wrestling: Zach Yager of Ring of Honor Professional Wrestling Federation in various locations around the country

Like most wrestling matches, those set up by the Ring of Honor Professional Wrestling Federation have a tendency to get a bit out of hand. Overzealous fans like to emulate wrestling moves and sometimes even work their way into the ring to torment, hit and spit on the wrestlers. That's why it's great to have Zach Yager heading up security, keeping the wrestlers safe and the fans in line. A staggering 6'3 and 350lbs, Yager uses both intimidation and his strong people skills to calm down angry, testosterone-driven fans and keep them from going over the edge. It isn't uncommon for the security on the night of a show to have to pull audience members out of the ring to prevent them from picking up chairs to bash over each other's heads. Although it is all in good fun, Zach and his team take their jobs very seriously.

Tow Pound Night Manager: Jonet Dominguez of Silver State Towing in Las Vegas

As the night manager at Silver State Towing, Jonet Dominguez tows illegally parked cars in Las Vegas. He loves his job because it combines his passion for cars with a new and exciting challenge every day. Jonet started at Silver State four years ago and surpassed several drivers with more experience and seniority to become a manager. A tireless driver with a knack for putting out fires, Jonet is a strong believer in leading by example. He truly loves what he does and never misses a shift, even coming to work the day his first son was born.

Tow Truck Driver: James of Larry's Towing in Las Vegas

James and his wife came to Vegas from California on their honeymoonand decided to stay. James then found his calling behind the wheel of a tow truck. He loves the thrill of the hunt for illegally parked cars. He's a simple man who operates by a strict moral code: Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
