BACKDOORED BY HIS FELLOW HOUSEMATES, CASEY IS THE THIRD HOUSEGUEST TO BE EVICTED FROM THE "BIG BROTHER" HOUSE
Casey Becomes The Third Houseguest To Be Evicted From The "BIG BROTHER" House
After being nominated for eviction by Head-of-Household Jessie, Casey was evicted last night from the BIG BROTHER House by a vote of 7 to 1.
On Sunday, Jessie nominated Jordan and Michele for eviction. On Tuesday, Michele won the Power of Veto and chose to remove herself from the block. As Head-of-Household, Jessie was forced to select another Houseguest and decided to put Casey on the block.
During last night's live broadcast, Casey, the 41-year-old 5th grade teacher from St. Petersburg, Fla., learned his fate and left the BIG BROTHER House. After his eviction, he was interviewed by Julie Chen about his experience.
Before the Head-of-Household competition was slated to begin, in a surprise twist, Julie announced that effective immediately the Houseguests are no longer playing in cliques, they will be playing as individuals.
After last night's BIG BROTHER eviction, the Houseguests competed for Head-of-Household in an endurance competition called "Graduation Day"! In it, Houseguests sat on graduation caps suspended from a ring above them. The ring began to spin slowly, as it accelerated a giant foam diploma entered the spinning field and then it began to "rain," which made it harder to sustain their balance on their graduation cap. The last Houseguest remaining on their graduation cap will be named the new Head-of-Household and will be revealed on Sunday.
Additionally, another shocking twist was announced by Julie during last night's live show. Viewers will have the chance to vote for the BIG BROTHER Houseguest they would like to give a mystery power, the "Coup d'Etat." The winning Houseguest can only use this power once during a two week period, and only the person that receives the power will know it until they choose to reveal it themselves. Until August 13, the winner of "Coup d'Etat" will have the ability to overthrow the Head-of-Household and replace the nominations right before one of the two live show votes that will take place. BIG BROTHER fans can vote via www.CBS.com/BigBrother or text the number of their selection to 81818. Votes will be accepted until 11:59 PM, PT on Tuesday, Aug. 4.
