REELZCHANNEL TO LAUNCH FRIDAY NIGHT MOVIE TO GIVE MOVIE LOVERS FUN & AFFORDABLE AT-HOME WEEKEND ENTERTAINMENT

Full-Length Feature To Air Every Friday 9pm ET/6pm PT, Starting March 13, 2009

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE [Albuquerque, NM -- March 10, 2009] --ReelzChannel - TV About Movies(TM) announced today a new primetime programming block aimed at movie lovers seeking more at-home viewing options and affordable weekend entertainment. ReelzChannel Friday Night Movie will launch on Friday, March 13, 2009 at 9 p.m. ET with a screening of Miami Blues, and will air a select feature presentation every week at the same time. The weekly movie will follow Leonard Maltin's popular Secret's Out, the movie-recommendation show featuring the critic's favorite overlooked and under-rated movies, at 8 p.m. ET, and Movie Mob, where a rotating cast of amateur webcam critics weighs in on new releases, at 8:30 p.m. ET.

ReelzChannel research indicates that people are heading to the couch to take away some of the economic "ouch." Forty-five percent of Americans are watching more movies at home as a result of the current economic climate, according to the network's findings, and the new ReelzChannel Friday Night Movie feature-length presentation will give viewers a rewarding weekend movie experience right in the comfort of their own homes.

"In this uncertain economy, American families want to uncover even more value for the cable and satellite subscriptions they already paid for," said Stan E. Hubbard, Chairman and CEO, ReelzChannel. "Leonard Maltin starts Friday night by uncovering hidden movie gems, the Movie Mob tackles the latest releases and then our Friday Night Movie brings a great feature at no additional cost. Now, that's value in entertainment!"

The new Friday night full-length features, starring renowned actors like Alec Baldwin, Michael Douglas and Kevin Costner, will join ReelzChannel's already popular weekend movie block, called Our Favorite Movies, which premieres on Sunday evenings at 8 p.m. ET and rebroadcasts throughout the week and following weekend.
