BRAVO ANNOUNCES MAYBELLINE NEW YORK AS MULTI-PLATFORM SPONSOR FOR SEASON TWO OF "MAKE ME A SUPERMODEL"
Bravo Digital Media Launches In-Show Live Voting
NEW YORK - March 11, 2009 - Bravo has inked an exclusive sponsorship deal with Maybelline New York for the second season of its creative competition series "Make Me A Supermodel," airing Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT. This multi-platform sponsorship deal with advertising partner Maybelline New York provides unique brand exposure through exclusive in-show product integration as well as a major on-air and online presence.
Maybelline New York is the show's fully integrated sponsor, including sponsoring the in-show branded make-up studio and prizing, with Maybelline New York and Garnier Fructis products featured throughout the series. In addition, Maybelline New York and Garnier Fructis will have a presence on BravoTV.com in weekly webisodes, and will also sponsor online video that will provide custom fashion, beauty and hair tips for the site. The beauty brands will also sponsor the "Make Me A Supermodel" Fantasy Game, where viewers will have the opportunity to win weekly Maybelline New York and Garnier Fructis prize packs and the ultimate grand prize, a trip to New York during Fashion Week in September 2009. Additional online sponsorships include the weekly model exit interviews and the model Bios section.
Bravo Digital Media has also launched in-show live voting for "Make Me A Supermodel," where viewers will vote weekly for who they think Bravo can make into a supermodel. With each vote, viewers are entered for a chance to win a professional photo shoot in Los Angeles with the winning model.
"Make Me A Supermodel" follows a group of models as they compete for $100,000 prize, a contract with New York Model Management, a fashion pictorial in Cosmopolitan magazine, and the chance to become the next great supermodel. Tyson Beckford returns as the show's host. Australian supermodel Nicole Trunfio joins the show as mentor to the female models, along with a new panel of esteemed judges, including world-renowned designer Catherine Malandrino, model Jenny Shimizu, famed photographer Perou and international model-scout Marlon.
