"Lil' Bush" presents Dubya as the animated future president, along with his cronies Lil' Condi, Lil' Rummy (voiced by Iggy Pop), and Lil' Cheney. Hiding out from Bar and George Sr., these precocious pre-pubescents terrorize the White House and solve the world's problems before bedtime. The second season will bring all-new challenges to the Lil' Gang, including a bigger presence from the other side of the aisle as the Lil' Dems, featuring Lil' Hillary Clinton, Lil' Barack Obama (voiced by Tim Meadows), Lil' Al Gore and Lil' Nancy Pelosi, are joined this season by new characters including Lil' John Edwards and Tiny Dennis Kucinich. Republican reinforcements for the new season include Lil' Rudy Giuliani, Lil' Mitt Romney, Lil' Fred Thompson and the mastermind himself, M.C. Karl Rove (voiced by Kevin Federline).

Featured guest voices for the second season include Kevin Federline, Phil Lesh (Grateful Dead), Fred Schneider and Kate Pierson (The B-52's), Joel and Benji Madden (Good Charlotte) and Joe Escalante.

In the debut episode, "Lesbian Freakfest," the Lil' Gang doesn't want the Lil' Dems to ruin St. Patrick's Day with their liberal and all-inclusive St. Patrick's day parade so they enlist the advice of the revenge-seeking and Hot Pocket-hoarding Lil' Karl Rove who is more than happy to bring down the Lil' Dems and show off the rapping skills of his alter-ego, MC Rove. Future episodes include the Gang taking on big pharmaceutical companies, joining George Sr. on a camping trip to Baghdad, Lil' George and Lil' Vladimir Putin starting a schoolyard rivalry and Lil' George attempting to smoke Osama out of his hole in Afghanistan.
