BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Jan. 31 -- Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NFLX), the world's largest online movie rental service, today announced it has joined forces with the Independent Film Channel (IFC) and both Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau to produce a special 50th episode of "Dinner for Five," the critically acclaimed, Emmy nominated IFC series that gives viewers a seat at the table as personalities from the worlds of film, TV, music and comedy engage in an unpredictable and impromptu evening of food and banter.

The 50th episode of "Dinner for Five" pairs Mr. Vaughn and Mr. Favreau with co-stars Peter Billingsley, Justin Long and Keir O'Donnell for a dinner and conversation revolving around the upcoming theatrical release of the comedy film "Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show: 30 Days and 30 Nights - Hollywood to the Heartland". All five guests appear in the film, which opens in theaters nationwide on February 8th.

The 50th episode of "Dinner for Five" will have its TV premiere Friday, February 1st on IFC at 10:30 p.m. and will be available to Netflix subscribers as streaming video on Netflix.com beginning Monday, February 4th. It will also be available beginning tonight at IFC.com.

"The original 49 episodes of IFC's 'Dinner for Five' served up diverse personalities and points of view and made for entertaining and insightful TV," said Ted Sarandos, chief content officer for Netflix. "Creating this special 50th episode was a unique opportunity and partnering with IFC gives us the chance to make it accessible to a highly interested audience."

"A signature series for IFC, 'Dinner for Five' is a highly entertaining and innovative program that truly engaged and resonated with our audience," said Evan Shapiro, executive vice president and general manager of IFC.
