ACTRESS HEATHER LOCKLEAR ("SPIN CITY") TO GUEST STAR IN TWO EPISODES OF THE CBS COMEDY "RULES OF ENGAGEMENT"
NEW YORK, August 28, 2007 - Actress Heather Locklear ("Spin City") will guest star in two episodes of the comedy RULES OF ENGAGEMENT later this season on the CBS Television Network.
In the episodes, Locklear will play Barbara, the sister of Audrey (Megyn Price) who comes to town to visit. During her stay, Barbara announces that her marriage, which Audrey has always idealized, may be over. While Audrey has a difficult time dealing with the news, she is even more surprised to learn that her sister has agreed to go on a date with Russell (David Spade).
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT is a comedy about the different phases of male/female relationships, as seen through the eyes of a newly engaged couple, Adam (Oliver Hudson) and Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich), a long-time married pair, Jeff (Warburton) and Audrey (Price), and a single guy on the prowl, Russell (Spade). As they find out, the often confusing stages of a relationship can seem like being on a roller coaster. People can describe them to you, but to really know what it's like you have to take a ride for yourself. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT begins its second season on Monday, Sept. 24 (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT is produced by Happy Madison Productions and CBS Paramount Network Television in association with Sony Pictures Television.
