ACTOR VAL KILMER TO REUNITE WITH DIRECTOR TONY SCOTT ("DEJA VU," "TOP GUN," "TRUE ROMANCE") IN A SPECIAL APPEARANCE ON THE FOURTH SEASON PREMIERE OF "NUMB3RS," ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK
Actor Val Kilmer will reunite with director Tony Scott, with whom he worked on the features "D�j� Vu," "Top Gun" and "True Romance," in the season premiere of NUMB3RS, to be broadcast Friday, Sept. 28 (10:00-11:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
Kilmer will play Mason Lancer, the mastermind behind the events of last season that led to the discovery that Agent Colby Granger (Dylan Bruno) was a mole within the FBI. Now Granger has escaped from FBI custody, and it is up to Agent Don Eppes (Rob Morrow) and the rest of his team, including his mathematician brother, Charlie (David Krumholtz), to track him down and unravel the mystery.
Ridley Scott, Tony Scott, David W. Zucker, Ken Sanzel, Don McGill, Nicolas Falacci and Cheryl Heuton are executive producers of NUMB3RS, which was created by Nicolas Falacci and Cheryl Heuton. NUMB3RS is produced by CBS Paramount Network Television in association with Scott Free for CBS. NUMB3RS was this season's most-watched Friday series, averaging 10.5 million viewers.
