The NBCU Entertainment Cable Networks have claimed 60 of the top 100 individual entertainment telecasts on basic cable through the first four months of the year, more than any other cable group. (Note that each individual hour of "WWE Entertainment" is counted as one telecast.) The Discovery networks were second behind NBCU with 20 of the top 100 telecasts.
That top 100 list included numerous editions of "WWE Entertainment," all six original telecasts of "Monk," all seven originals of "Psych," the three telecasts of USA's "National Treasure" "three-peat" on April 13, 14 and 15, the January 28 telecast of SCI FI's "Battlestar Galactica" and all five original telecasts of Bravo's "Top Chef."
