Elite Beverly Hills Trainer And Businesswoman Jackie Warner And Her Team Of Trainers Sweat It Out Again

NEW YORK March 8, 2007 - Bravo's most successful freshman series of 2006, "Work Out," returns to follow the professional and personal life of Jackie Warner, elite trainer and owner of Sky Sport & Spa in Beverly Hills, CA on Tuesday, March 20 from 11 p.m. 12 a.m., ET/PT on Bravo, immediately following the special "Watch What Happens: The Real Housewives of Orange County Reunion." Starting Tuesday, March 27, "Work Out" will move to its regular timeslot at 10 p.m. Nominated for a 2007 GLAAD award for Outstanding Reality Program, the eight-episode, one-hour docu-series will take viewers to different places this season as a new trainer joins the staff, Warner launches a new business venture, and emotionally charged happenings occur both inside and outside of the gym.

This season, not only will Warner make giant strides in her business with the launch of a new venture called Skylab -- a high-end spa/fitness experience for overweight clients who want to change their minds, bodies and overall health -- but also in her private life as she juggles relationships and undergoes therapy. The docu-series follows the trainers as they go through challenging times this season: a new trainer, Gregg, joins Sky Sport; a relationship between two trainers creates tension among the staff; one of the trainers falls seriously ill; and everyone experiences the bittersweet taste of success as Sky Sport takes off.

Warner, the owner and managing director of Sky Sport & Spa, an exclusive fitness facility located in downtown Beverly Hills, helps her clients seek a higher level of fitness in an elite environment. The gorgeous indoor/outdoor gym boasts 360-degree views of Los Angeles, notable high-profile clientele and classes ranging from "Yoga Under the Stars" to "Power Boxing." A fitness maverick with a dynamic, no-nonsense attitude, Warner will accept only the best in every aspect of her life. She not only hires the most talented and vibrant trainers to work in her gym, but she lets them know that it's her way or the highway.

Warner's trainers live by the same "work hard, play hard" philosophy that she does and "Work Out" will follow the new and familiar faces as they live, learn and love inside and outside of Sky Sport & Spa. Please see attached biographies.

"Work Out" is produced for Bravo by Mentorn USA. Executive Producers are Bruce Toms and Amy Shpall.

Weather it was football, baseball or any other physical sport, Brian never shied away from the challenge. Brian is passionate about serving as a mentor and teacher to people who can benefit from an extra push in physical fitness. He managed to also find love inside the gym walls with his former client Kate.

When the corporate executives she worked with found out she was also a trainer at the local YMCA, they flocked to her for help with their fitness regimen. Erika soon realized that career training was her true calling and threw in the towel on public relations. Erika holds a degree from the University of Southern California and loves boxing as a way to stay in shape and continually challenge herself.

Erika's fitness beliefs: She encourages her clients to always adhere to a health and fitness lifestyle rather than a trend. She also feels that good fitness is a combination of both mental and physical health.

Butler was born and raised in Solon, Ohio a suburb east of Cleveland. At a young age Gregg was a regionally recognized track athlete while simultaneously working as a musician earning a name as one of the mid-west's best new talents. As a teenager, he became a youth fitness instructor at a local gym, entering into training at only 17 years old. As Gregg moved from the track to the gym, he got involved in power lifting and provisionally set a squat record of 715 lbs under the tutelage of Kevin Hill. While making leaps and bounds in the music industry, Gregg always thought of fitness as his hobby. As Gregg is in the final stages of recording his debut album, he devotes as much time as possible to helping people consider and pursue a passion for their own bodies. Gregg's personality in the gym comes off as peaceful and patient, understanding that the gym is cathartic, therapeutic and life changing and not just another quick fix.

Gregg's Fitness beliefs: Gregg sees fitness as part art and part science. Understanding not just the mechanics of exercise, but its purpose and functionality to you, will make a workout more real, more effective and most importantly, catered to the individual, allowing true lifestyle change to begin.

When he turned 19, Jesse came to Los Angeles and quickly signed with talent representation to start building his career as an actor. In the meantime, he waited tables and started working at the front desk for a boot camp-style training business. Jesse was inspired by the results, both physical and emotional, that the clients received and wanted to be a part of those transformations. Soon he became a certified trainer and began teaching his own classes and the rest is history.

Jesse's fitness philosophy: Just show up. Jesse is a true believer in approaching each client and each day differently. He will modify his work out and his menu to fit the needs of that client on that day.

REBECCA, 30

Rebecca was born into a fitness loving family in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Her mom practices yoga and runs marathons and her father is a competitive weight lifter.
