First of Four Nora Roberts Adaptations, Lifetime Original Movie 'Nora Roberts' Angels Fall,' Averages Nearly Five Million Viewers During January 29 Premiere on Lifetime
- 'Nora Roberts' Montana Sky' Premieres Monday, February 5 at 9PM (ET/PT) -
NEW YORK, Jan. 30 -- The first of four adaptations of Nora
Roberts' best-selling novels, the Lifetime Original Movie Nora Roberts'
Angels Fall, drew nearly five million viewers, averaging a 4.1 household
rating, during its premiere on Lifetime Television Monday, January 29 at
9PM (ET/PT).
Also the highest-rated telecast among W18-49 on all of ad-supported
basic cable in the time period, Nora Roberts' Angels Fall starred Heather
Locklear ("Spin City," "Melrose Place") and Johnathon Schaech ("That Thing
You Do!") in a story which centered on a woman who is the sole survivor of
a restaurant massacre, now trying to rebuild her life only to find herself
once again at the center of a murder mystery.
The three other upcoming adaptations of the phenomenally successful
Nora Roberts novels:
* John Corbett ("Sex and the City"), Ashley Williams ("Good Morning,
Miami"), Charlotte Ross ("NYPD Blue") and Golden Globe(R) Award-winning
actress Diane Ladd ("Alice") star in "Nora Roberts' Montana Sky," which
tells the story of three half sisters who meet for the first time when
their father dies, only to learn that they must live together for a year
in order to receive their sizable inheritance. "Nora Roberts' Montana
Sky" premieres Monday, February 5, at 9 PM (ET/PT).
* Alicia Witt ("The Upside of Anger," "Cybill"), Matthew Settle ("Brothers
& Sisters," "Band of Brothers"), Scott Bakula ("Star Trek: Enterprise,"
"Quantum Leap") and Talia Shire ("Rocky," "The Godfather") star in "Nora
Roberts' Blue Smoke," about Reena, a young woman who, after watching her
family business burn to the ground as a child, becomes an arson
investigator and steps into the greatest inferno she has ever faced.
"Nora Roberts' Blue Smoke" premieres Monday, February 12, at 9 PM
(ET/PT).
* Claire Forlani ("Meet Joe Black"), Oliver Hudson ("Dawson's Creek") and
Jacqueline Bisset ("The Deep") star in "Nora Roberts' Carolina Moon,"
which focuses on a unique young woman who returns to her hometown to
confront the violent memories of her childhood. She unexpectedly finds
love in the arms of an old friend and becomes the key to solving a
series of murders that began with the death of her childhood best
friend. "Nora Roberts' Carolina Moon" premieres Monday, February 19, at
9 PM (ET/PT).

Stephanie Germain Productions for Lifetime Television. Peter Guber
("Rainman," "Batman," "The Color Purple," "The Jacket"), Stephanie Germain
(Lifetime's "Gracie's Choice," "The Day After Tomorrow") and Peter Strauss
("The Jacket") were the executive producers. Janet Brownell ("Eloise at the
