"THE PAPDITS," A DOCU-COMEDY FOR CBS, STARTS STREAMING TODAY ON CBS'S BROADBAND CHANNEL INNERTUBE

"THE PAPDITS" Is From Writer-Producer Ant Hines ("Da Ali G Show")

Verizon Wireless Is The Exclusive Mobile Partner And Will Distribute Clips From "THE PAPDITS" Through Their Mobile Video Service Starting Today

Starting today, the never-before-seen comedy/reality hybrid, THE PAPDITS, produced for CBS during the 2006 development season, will stream for free on CBS's broadband channel innertube (www.cbs.com/innertube).

THE PAPDITS, from writer and producer Ant Hines, who also worked on HBO's "Da Ali G Show," is a docu-comedy about a family from Kashmir and their interactions with real Americans as they travel through the U.S. looking for the perfect community in which to settle and make their fortune.

In addition to streaming the program on innertube, Verizon Wireless is the exclusive mobile content partner of THE PAPDITS and starting today, exclusive clips will be available to Verizon Wireless subscribers on V CAST. To view these clips, Verizon Wireless customers can go to V CAST Video on their V CAST-enabled mobile phone, select the CBS Channel on the Entertainment Category and they will find the clips under THE PAPDITS sub-channel. Subscribers will be able to view one to two clips a day, over the next week -- about seven exclusive clips in total.

Hines created THE PAPDITS and serves as an executive producer along with Tom Nunan and Cathy Schulman. THE PAPDITS is produced by Bull's Eye Entertainment, in association with CBS Paramount Network Television and Sony Pictures Television.

CBS's innertube, an advertising-supported broadband channel, offers a wide range of free entertainment programming to Internet users and can be accessed through CBS.com or by going directly to www.cbs.com/innertube. It features entire episodes of popular CBS series, as well as a line-up of original series produced expressly for the Internet, and new shows that are companions to popular CBS brands.

Verizon Wireless' V CAST service gives customers access to short video content including current news, weather, sports and entertainment programming, downloadable music and cutting-edge 3D games on their mobile phones. Verizon Wireless customers with select V CAST-enabled phones can also access all V CAST has to offer right from their phones for just $3.00 for 24-hour use without signing up for a $15.00 V CAST VPak monthly subscription to use the service.
