BOSTON, MA, July 18, 2006 � Midway through a year where the network has seen its distribution jump to more than 68 million subscribers, Oxygen has announced the expansion of its affiliate sales division. Carla Lewis-Long has joined the network as Vice President of National Accounts; Ellie Reese has been promoted to Vice President, Interactive Media Distribution; and Tricia Hulse has been promoted to Vice President of National Accounts. The announcement was made today by Mary G. Murano, Oxygen�s Executive Vice President of Affiliate Sales, to whom all three will report.
Carla Lewis-Long joins Oxygen as Vice President, Affiliate Sales, effective Monday, July 17. Most recently she was Regional Vice President, Affiliate Sales for AmericanLife TV Network. Lewis-Long has extensive experience in affiliate sales with previous positions at USA Networks, Universal Television and NBC Universal. She will be charged with the development and implementation of Oxygen�s affiliate sales and marketing strategies for key accounts including Time Warner Cable, Cablevision, and Insight.
Ellie Reese has been promoted from Director of National Accounts to Vice President, Interactive Media Distribution. She will oversee Oxygen�s efforts to develop an effective and compelling broadband and multi-platform strategy for the network�s affiliate partners. Tricia Hulse is promoted from Director of National Accounts to Vice President. Hulse will continue to manage Oxygen�s affiliate sales and marketing initiatives for the network�s Comcast and Time Warner Cable clients on the West Coast.
