LOS ANGELES- HBO received 27 Primetime Emmy(r) Awards, the most of all networks, in the 57th Annual Primetime Emmy(r) Awards competition. The awards received by the network this year reflect the diversity of HBO's original programming, ranging from series and original movies to documentaries and family specials.

"The Life and Death of Peter Sellers" topped HBO's list of winners with 9 awards, the most Emmys(r) of any show, while "Deadwood" and "Warm Springs" received 5 awards apiece and "Death in Gaza" received 3 awards. HBO's Emmy(r) wins this year include:
