Network Scores Double-Digit Total Day Increases for the Week
New Episode of Foster�s Home for Imaginary Friends Ranks #1 in its Time Period Among Boys
Three of Cartoon Network�s signature original series�Teen Titans, The Life & Times of Juniper Lee and Foster�s Home for Imaginary Friends�earned triple and double-digit delivery and ratings gains to provide the network significant across-the-board total day increases for the week, according to Nielsen Media Research. Highlights vs. the same time period last year include the following:
TOTAL PROGRAMMING DAY (Monday-Sunday, 6 a.m. - 6 a.m., kids� programming)
- Kids 6-11 delivery (559,000) increased by 11% and ratings (2.3) by 10%.
- Kids 2-11 delivery (864,000) improved by 9% and ratings (2.2) by 10%.
- Tweens 9-14 delivery (405,000) jumped by 16% and ratings (1.6) by 14%.
Teen Titans (New Episode, Saturday, 8 p.m.)
- Ranked #1 in its time period on all television among kids 9-14, boys 9-14 and boys 6-11.
- Tweens 9-14 delivery (755,000) mushroomed by 162% and ratings (3.1) by 158%
- Kids 6-11 delivery (662,000) ballooned by 70% and ratings (2.7) by 69%
The Life & Times of Juniper Lee (New Episode, Sunday, 7:30 p.m.):
- Ranked #1 in its time period on basic cable among boys 6-11 and boys 2-11.
- Kids 6-11 delivery (514,000) surged by 152% and ratings (2.1) by 133%.
- Kids 2-11 delivery (830,000) advanced by 96% and ratings (2.1) by 91%.
Foster�s Home for Imaginary Friends (New Episode, Friday, 7 p.m.):
- Ranked #1 in its time period on basic cable among boys 6-11 and boys 2-11.
- Kids 6-11 delivery (628,000) increased by 21% and ratings (2.6) by 18%.
- Kids 2-11 delivery (1,074,000) raced ahead by 43% and ratings (2.7) by 42%
