[via press release from FOX]

SUMMERTIME AND THE VIEWING IS EASY FOX ANNOUNCES SCHEDULE FOR SUMMER 2005

NEW DRAMA "THE INSIDE" PREMIERES JUNE 8 THREE UNSCRIPTED SERIES TO DEBUT: "HELL'S KITCHEN" MAY 30, "THE PRINCES OF MALIBU" JULY 10 AND "SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE" JULY 20 ORIGINAL EPISODES OF "FAMILY GUY," "AMERICAN DAD," "AMERICA'S MOST WANTED" AND "COPS" AIR THROUGH SUMMER AND "RENOVATE MY FAMILY" RETURNS WITH ALL-NEW EPISODES JUNE 30 FRIDAY NIGHT IS MOVIE NIGHT THIS SUMMER ON FOX, WITH WORLD BROADCAST PREMIERES AND BLOCKBUSTER FAVORITES "THE TEEN CHOICE AWARDS" RETURNS AUGUST 16

No need to pack, and don't bother with tickets or maps FOX is your viewing destination this summer, with a fresh itinerary of shows that will take you away from it all. FOX's summer 2005 schedule includes the compelling new psychological crime drama THE INSIDE, three dynamic new unscripted series HELL'S KITCHEN, THE PRINCES OF MALIBU and SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE plus Friday night blockbuster movies, the return of RENOVATE MY FAMILY and THE TEEN CHOICE AWARDS, and all-new episodes all summer long of the hit animated comedies FAMILY GUY and AMERICAN DAD, and perennial FOX favorites COPS and AMERICA'S MOST WANTED.

Summer Mondays on FOX start with a visit to Nanny Central, headquarters of the hit series NANNY 911 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT). HEAD NANNY LILLIAN is on the job in these encore episodes, dispatching her team of English ber-nannies to the homes of exhausted parents across America, where they work their Mary Poppins-like magic on previously untamable tots.

Even in summer, Mondays can be hell especially for the terrified wannabe chefs and restaurateurs trying to impress head chef GORDON RAMSAY in the unscripted series HELL'S KITCHEN, premiering Monday, May 30 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. The volatile Ramsay, who's the biggest celebrity chef in England, has crossed the Pond to open Los Angeles' newest restaurant and discover or create this country's next culinary star. Each week, Ramsay will slice and dice the contestants, keeping only those who possess the right ingredients to ensure success. If they can't stand the heat, they'll have to get out of HELL'S KITCHEN.

On Tuesdays (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), moms and dads try out the ultimate life change in encore episodes of the popular unscripted series TRADING SPOUSES: MEET YOUR NEW MOMMY. In this intriguing spin on the classic fish-out-of-water story, parents switch families to take on a clan from another walk of life. For some, it's a dream vacation; for others, more of a nightmare.

You may be on summer vacation, but it's good to be HOUSE-bound on Tuesday nights. In its debut season, the hit medical drama ranked No. 1 in its competitive Tuesday (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) time period. During a summer of encore HOUSE calls, the cantankerous but brilliant DR. GREGORY HOUSE (Hugh Laurie) and his team of medical experts will continue to tackle the most challenging diagnostic mysteries.

On Wednesdays, FOX teams up this summer with the creators of AMERICAN IDOL and the producers of the "American Music Awards" and "American Bandstand" on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, the ultimate search for the nation's best dancer. Beginning with the two-hour series premiere on Wednesday, July 20 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), the best undiscovered dancing talent the U.S. has to offer will be pitted against each other in a grueling 12-week competition to become America's No. 1 dancer. If you think the AMERICAN IDOL competition is tough, you haven't seen anything yet! Some contestants will collapse under the pressure, others will reveal their two left feet and one will dance his or her way into America's heart. Sure to spark a dance fever the way AMERICAN IDOL has created a competitive singing phenomenon, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE premieres in its regular time period Wednesday, July 27 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT).

Your next exciting destination is THE INSIDE. In this new psychological thriller premiering Wednesday, June 8 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), rookie FBI Agent REBECCA LOCKE (Rachel Nichols) joins the Bureau's Los Angeles Violent Crimes Unit unaware that she's been hand-picked for the dangerous job by its imposing leader, Supervisory Special Agent VIRGIL "WEB" WEBSTER (Peter Coyote). Web is among the few who know that Rebecca was once abducted and held captive, a traumatic experience that affords her unique insight into the mindset of villain and victim alike.

From the producers of FOX's pulse-pounding hit drama 24, the series follows Rebecca and her fellow agents as they move from one challenging, complex case to the next, making personal sacrifices along the way. Who these agents really are, why Web has hired each of them, and the true story of Rebecca's abduction are mysteries that can only be solved on THE INSIDE.

If it's Thursday, it must be Newport. The summer's weekly encore visits to Newport Beach in THE O.C. (Thursdays, 8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) will give viewers a chance to relive the emotional events of the past season, when secrets were revealed, relationships formed and ended, and families changed forever.

Families also change and always for the better on the unscripted series RENOVATE MY FAMILY, which returns with all-new episodes starting Thursday, June 30 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). Hosted by JAY McGRAW, RENOVATE MY FAMILY is not just a home-improvement show it's a life-improvement program that visits families who have encountered some challenge along the way. Whether it be weight issues, physical disabilities or a house that is crumbling, RENOVATE MY FAMILY can overcome any obstacle, get families back on track and help them forge ahead toward their goals. A team of makeover professionals a stylist, an interior designer, a construction crew, and even experts who re-invent cars and pamper pets help restore and redecorate the lives of families in need.

There's no better diversion than a good movie, and FOX has plenty of those this summer. You'll be transported into gripping dramas, hilarious comedies and even a whole new world the Lost World of JURASSIC PARK 2.

THE GLASS HOUSE makes its world broadcast premiere on Friday, June 3 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). When Ruby Baker's (Leelee Sobieski) parents are killed in a car crash, Ruby and her younger brother, Rhett, move in with their parents' best friends, Erin (Diane Lane) and Terry Glass (Stellan Skarsgrd), who become their guardians. Ruby and Rhett are promised a world of opulence and California fun all they have to do is move into the Glasses' gated house in picturesque Malibu. But in this taut psychological thriller, trust can be as transparent as THE GLASS HOUSE.

EXIT WOUNDS, starring Steven Seagal, also makes its world broadcast premiere Friday, June 10 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Orin Boyd (Seagal) is a tough, inner-city precinct cop who uncovers the wheeling and dealing of a corrupt ring of law-enforcers. Helped by the powerful and mysterious crime lord Latrell Walker (DMX), he takes on a conspiracy that reaches through the ranks and all the way to the heart of the precinct.

In one of his most endearing roles, Adam Sandler sings his way through the hilarious romantic comedy THE WEDDING SINGER Friday, June 17 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). Robbie Hart (Sandler) is a nice guy who never quite got his rock 'n' roll career off the ground, but he has a knack for entertaining at weddings and bar mitzvahs. Robbie always knows what to do when things don't go as planned until his fiance stands him up at their wedding. Enter Drew Barrymore, the charming new waitress at the banquet hall, along with cameo appearances by Jon Lovitz, Steven Buscemi and '80s rock icon Billy Idol.

The cast of "American Pie" returns a year later, as the gang are finishing their first year of college and decide to rent a summer house together. Everyone's back, including Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan, Shannon Elizabeth, Chris Klein, Natasha Lyonne, Tara Reid, Seann William Scott and Eugene Levy. AMERICAN PIE 2 airs Friday, June 24 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

FOX travels the U.S. and beyond on Saturday nights with the popular, long-running COPS, the groundbreaking police series that was instrumental in launching the reality genre. All-new episodes will air Saturdays (8:00-8:30 and 8:30-9:00 PM ET/PT). Following COPS is FOX's honored crime-fighting series AMERICA'S MOST WANTED: AMERICA FIGHTS BACK (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), continuing its 18-season quest to bring wanted criminals to justice and return missing children to their families.

FOX Sunday can be summed up in two words: Animation Domination. The lineup of hits continues through the summer, starting with encores of KING OF THE HILL (7:00-7:30 PM ET/PT); MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE (7:30-8:00 PM ET/PT), the most animated comedy on television; and THE SIMPSONS (8:00-8:30 and 8:30-9:00 PM ET/PT through June 26), the longest-running sitcom currently on television and the longest-running animated series in television history; followed by all-new episodes of Seth MacFarlane's subversive animated comedies, FAMILY GUY (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) and the new AMERICAN DAD (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT).

On Sunday, July 3 (7:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), FOX presents the summer blockbuster THE LOST WORLD: JURASSIC PARK 2. A second island of John Hammond's Jurassic Park experiment is revealed when Ian Malcolm follows his girlfriend to research the dinosaurs' behavior in their so-called "natural" environment. When Hammond's nephew and a team of big-game hunters interrupt the expedition with self-fulfilling ambitions, the adventure becomes a fight for survival.

Also in July, it's destination: Malibu and an insider's view of two brothers who are always on vacation as FOX presents the new unscripted series THE PRINCES OF MALIBU, premiering Sunday, July 10 (8:30-9:00 PM ET/PT).

This series, filled with humor and some universally relatable family issues, uncovers the comedy that inevitably arises when a pair of free-wheeling adult brothers live at home with their mother and stepfather. The difference here is that their home is a luxurious 22-acre compound by the sea, and their stepfather happens to be legendary musician, arranger and producer DAVID FOSTER. Brothers BRANDON and BRODY JENNER, sons of Olympian Bruce Jenner and songwriter LINDA THOMPSON, who's now married to Foster, are driving their step-dad to distraction. While Foster is hard at work, the boys, along with their friend SPENCER PRATT, are working hard at spending his money running up tabs at expensive restaurants and partying day and night. Foster is finally putting his foot down. He wants Brandon and Brody to grow up and get out.

FOX's summer itinerary also includes a stop at THE 2005 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS, which celebrates the hottest teen icons in film, TV, music, sports and fashion as chosen by American teens themselves. The coolest stars will receive coveted Teen Choice surfboard awards in categories such as Choice Breakout TV Show, Choice Movie Chemistry, Choice Reality/Variety Show, Choice Breakout Artist, Choice Male Hottie, Choice Female Athlete, Choice Liplock and Choice TV Sidekick. Featuring musical performances by some of today's hottest pop stars, the special will air Tuesday, August 16 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT).
