[via press release from CBS]

THE FINAL FOUR EPISODES OF THIS SEASON'S "CSI: MIAMI" TO ANSWER QUESTIONS RAISED OVER THE PAST THREE YEARS

Horatio Finally Finds Out What Happened To His Brother, Raymond

Since the premiere of CSI: MIAMI in 2002, Horatio Caine (series star David Caruso) has been searching to find out how his brother Raymond was shot and killed in the line of duty and why. Clues over the past three seasons have revealed that Raymond was deep undercover at the time of his death, and had an affair which produced an illegitimate daughter. Now, as Horatio continues to clean up after Ray's mistakes, including protecting Ray's widow, Det. Yelina Salas (Sofia Milos), and her son, Raymond, Jr., the final four episodes of the season reveal that Raymond may be alive after all.

Monday, May 2: "Recoil" -- It is a "CSI" first when the climax to the mystery is revealed at the beginning of the episode as shots ring out on the courthouse steps after a bitter custody battle. Viewers go along with the team as they follow the evidence in order to find the true culprit.

Monday, May 9: "Vengeance" -- The CSIs arrive at a crime scene to find it has already been processed and the missing evidence reveals a dark truth about Horatio's long-lost brother, Raymond. However, after Raymond's alleged killer winds up dead, Horatio must go up against the federal agent who is determined to keep the investigation a secret.

Monday, May 16: "Whacked" -- Horatio and the team must investigate when a condemned axe-murderer on death row is about to be spared in an 11th-hour appeal.

Monday, May 23: "10-7" -- In the stunning resolution of the first three seasons of CSI: MIAMI, Horatio comes face to face with his brother, Raymond, for the first time in four years and finally learns why he let his family believe that he was dead. Horatio learns that Raymond is deep undercover, however when Raymond's son is kidnapped, they must work together to save the boy.

CSI: MIAMI is Monday's most watched program, averaging 18.9 million viewers, and ranks 8th among all primetime programs. The program is also the highest rated program in adults 18-49 with a 6.7/16 and is up +6% in viewers, +10% in adults 18-49, +5% in adults 25-54 and +14% in adults 18-34 from last season.

CSI: MIAMI is broadcast Mondays (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and is produced by CBS Productions and Alliance Atlantis Communications, in association with Jerry Bruckheimer Productions.
