ALL GROWN UP (CBS) - Mike McDonald ("Mad TV") has signed on as one of the three male leads in comedy project. He'll play Russell, an acerbic single guy whose two best friends have recently become parents. CBS had signed McDonald to a talent holding deal earlier this year.
ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT (FOX) - Michael Cera ("The Grubbs") has been cast in FOX comedy pilot, which concerns a widower who becomes a reluctant patriarch of an Orange County family when his father goes to jail for fraud.
THE BROTHERHOOD OF POLAND, N.H. (CBS) - Oscar-nominated actresses Mare Winningham and Elizabeth McGovern have come on board David E. Kelley's latest drama.
CENTURY CITY (CBS) - Hector Elizondo ("Chicago Hope") and Nestor Carbonell ("The Tick") are set to join the legal drama, set in 2053.
COLD CASES (CBS) - Kathryn Morris ("The Contender") has been cast as the lead role of Lily Rush in the Jerry Bruckheimer pilot.
COME TO PAPA (NBC) - Hal Linden has been tapped to play Tom Papa's father in the Peacock comedy.
CRACKING UP (FOX) - Christopher McDonald has signed to play Molly Shannon's husband in the FOX comedy pilot.
HOMELAND SECURITY (NBC) - Emmy winner Tom Skerritt has come on board NBC's two-hour drama pilot.
KAREN SISCO (ABC) - Robert Forster ("Jackie Brown") will take over Dennis Farina's role of dad to the title character (Carla Gugino) in the series version of the 1998 movie "Out of Sight."
MISS MATCH (NBC) - Ryan O'Neal ("Love Story") is joining the cast and will the direct the pilot of Darren Star's latest. Jodi Long ("All-American Girl") has also signed on to the project.
SIXTEEN TO LIFE (WB) - Sprague Grayden ("John Doe") will portray the teen lead in the Frog's "Pretty in Pink" homage.
THE STONES (CBS) - Jay Baruchel ("Undeclared") has joined the cast of the Eye comedy about twentysomethings who must cope when their parents get divorced.
UNTITLED HOWIE MANDEL PROJECT (NBC) - Eddie Jemison ("Ocean's Eleven") has signed on to Howie Mandel's untitled NBC comedy. He will portray a character in the Mandel project who works for the comedian and makes his way into Mandel's life at inappropriate moments.
