DISCOVERIES - Abby (Jewel Staite, "Firefly," "The L.A. Complex") and Daniel (Zach Smadu, "Cardinal") represent a trans teenager whose grandfather is blocking her access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Meanwhile, Frank (guest star Luke Camilleri "The Magician") faces Sofia's teenage wrath after her discovery of his affair... and a smug Abby does little to heal that wound. A rift forms between Daniel and Lucy (Genelle Williams, "The Expanse") when he finds out about her affair. Daniel's attempts to modernize the firm don't go over well with an entrenched Harry (Victor Garber, "DC's Legends of Tomorrow," "Alias"). And Harry makes a difficult decision when he realizes he cannot keep his professional life separate from his girlfriend's politics.
