PRIME MINISTER MARIN - Following the invasion of Ukraine, Finland, which shares a border with Russia, announced it would apply for NATO membership - ending seven decades of Finnish military neutrality. Sharyn Alfonsi profiles the prime minister of Finland, Sanna Marin, who called for her country to join the alliance, at the prime minister's official residence in Helsinki. Michael Rey is the producer.
THE HISTORYMAKERS - The achievements of historically significant Black Americans are at risk of going unpreserved as important figures die without documenting their stories for future generations. Bill Whitaker explores how one organization is trying to prevent that by creating an expansive digital archive of first-person accounts of the Black experience. Marc Lieberman is the producer.

The program has finished among Nielsen's annual top-10 list for 23 consecutive seasons - a record never approached by another program. 60 MINUTES has won more Emmy Awards than any primetime broadcast, including a special Lifetime Achievement Emmy. It has been honored with almost every broadcast journalism award, including 25 Peabody awards for excellence in television broadcasting. 60 Minutes was created in 1968 by Don Hewitt and premiered on the 24th of September on CBS.
