This Black History Month, Hulu is showcasing Black voices, stories and creators with new collections in the Black Stories hub on the platform, premieres of TV hits like Moesha, Sister, Sister, Being Mary Jane, Black Ink Crew, Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, Being Mary Jane, College Hill, Baldwin Hills, season 2 of Your Attention Please, and the streaming film premiere of 2020's Antebellum starring Janelle Monae. Additional highlights include the upcoming Hulu Original film The United States vs. Billie Holiday and FX on Hulu premieres of docu-series Hip Hop Uncovered and the season 4 premiere of Snowfall.
The Hulu Black Stories hub features custom collections like "LGBTQ+ Black," "Black Leads," and "Black Creators" which house thousands of TV episodes and movies featuring Black storylines, characters and creators, available for viewers to access throughout the year.

Synopsis: Billie Holiday, one of the greatest jazz musicians of all time, spent much of her career being adored by fans across the globe. Beginning in the 1940's in New York City, the federal government targeted Holiday in a growing effort to escalate and racialize the war on drugs, ultimately aiming to stop her from singing her controversial and heart-wrenching ballad, "Strange Fruit."
