12/10/2020 (10:00PM - 11:00PM) (Thursday) : NBC's "TIME Person of the Year" special will highlight the 2020 Person of the Year. Additionally, the inaugural program will feature TIME editors' selections for categories that recognize the influence of individuals in specific sectors: Businessperson of the Year, Entertainer of the Year, Athlete of the Year and Guardians of the Year. The "TIME Person of the Year" telecast will review the extraordinary year of 2020 through exclusive interviews and include in-depth profiles highlighting the year's most prominent global stories, surprise appearances, musical performances, and more.
