A SPECIAL HOLIDAY EPISODE OF "WHAT WOULD YOU DO?" TO AIR THURSDAY, DECEMBER 15 ON ABC

Using actors and hidden cameras, "What Would You Do?" creates situations to capture people's genuine reactions. Anchor John Qui�ones continues to ask the tough questions and explore the decisions people make when presented with these thought-provoking scenarios. This special holiday episode of "What Would You Do?" airs THURSDAY, DECEMBER 15 (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET) on ABC.

"What Would You Do?: Holiday Edition" scenarios include:

· Two little girls and their nanny see a Santa, who is black, on his break. The black girl is excited when she sees Santa, but her white friend insists that the real Santa is white, and that the one they see couldn't possibly be him. How will bystanders respond?

· A low income family, composed of a mother, older son and young daughter visit a Christmas tree lot with the hopes of brightening their holiday. They only have $25 to buy a tree, but the children want a tree that is beyond their mother's budget, and emotions run high when they find out they are too poor to buy a better tree. How will the other shoppers react? (OAD 12/17/13)

· A Santa getting ready for his shift at the mall is seen having a few cocktails. There are young children witnessing Santa's rising drunkenness. Will any of the patrons step-in and say something to this Santa? (OAD 12/17/13)

· Two kids selling apple cider are charging the customers much more than they expected. They are charging $1 for the cider but $10 for the cup and then offering patrons a donut and charging them $20 after the customer takes a bite. The sign on their stand reads "Proceeds go to a GOOD cause! For Kids in need!," but as they take the cash, they can't contain their excitement over the new toys they can buy with their haul.
