EMMY(R) WINNER LAST WEEK TONIGHT WITH JOHN OLIVER CONCLUDES ITS THIRD SEASON NOV. 13, EXCLUSIVELY ON HBO
Presenting a satirical look at the week in news, politics and current events, as well as addressing broader issues, the Emmy(R)-winning LAST WEEK TONIGHT WITH JOHN OLIVER concludes its third season SUNDAY, NOV. 13 (11:00-11:30 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO. In the final episode of the season, John Oliver looks back at the presidential election, asking how did we get to this point and what do we do now; and presents a star-studded summary and disgusted rejection of 2016. This episode is available in its entirety on YouTube. The fourth season returns February 2017.

Already renewed for 2017, the show is the only weekly news-oriented comedy series to be presented on Sunday night. Taped in New York a few hours before it debuts on HBO, the show features a mix of Oliver's topical commentary, pre-taped pieces and occasional guests.
Earlier this year, LAST WEEK TONIGHT WITH JOHN OLIVER received three Primetime Emmys(R), including Outstanding Variety Talk Series, Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series and Outstanding Picture Editing for Variety Programming.
In 2015, the show received an Emmy(R) in the category of Outstanding Interactive Program. The show was honored at the 21st Critics Choice Awards in the category of Best Talk Show, and received a Peabody Award, as well as Writers Guild Award in the category of Comedy/Variety (Including Talk)? - ?Series.
