In "Hook Ups and Let Downs," Jackie's excitement about the possibility of a future with Luis is quickly crushed when she learns he might have feelings for Katie. With her friends' support, Sophi faces her fears and sings at a local open mic night, while a devastated Jackie confronts Katie about her feelings for Luis.
