04/24/2011 (08:00PM - 09:00PM) (Sunday) : THE FOUR REMAINING CONTESTANTS HEAD TO LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, IN HOPES OF MAKING IT TO THE FINAL THREE - For their next test, the four remaining restaurateurs travel to Las Vegas to see if their concepts can succeed outside of sunny Los Angeles. They will have to serve three dishes off their current menu or a new dish, to a couple hundred people at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. Later, the restaurateurs must hire two local employees to help execute their menu and run the restaurant during the first hour of service. Investors Bobby Flay, Curtis Stone, Steve Ells and Lorena Garcia will evaluate their performance and bring their concepts to life when their restaurant grand opening locations are revealed.
