05/16/2010 (07:00PM - 09:00PM) (Sunday) : CURTIS STONE AND NATALIE MORALES HOST 2010 MISS USA(R) PAGEANT ON NBC FROM PLANET HOLLYWOOD RESORT & CASINO IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- The 59th Annual Competition, will crown a new Miss USA at the conclusion of the two-hour primetime telecast held at the Theatre for the Performing Arts at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The telecast will feature performances by multi-platinum country music superstar Trace Adkins and pop-rock band Boys Like Girls (BLG), as well as color commentary by Joan and Melissa Rivers. 51 contestants representing the 50 states and the District of Columbia will be judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview. Miss USA travels the nation as an advocate for breast and ovarian cancer awareness, education, research, and legislation.
