"The Interview" � Mike's discovery of a dinosaur bone in the quarry causes the plant to get shut down for scientific research � leaving him out of a job. But he begins to feel like a dinosaur himself when he discovers how drastically things have changed technologically over the years in terms of searching for a job. Meanwhile, Frankie feels she must once again come to Brick's rescue when he decides to run for school historian, on "The Middle," WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 17 (9:30-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. "The Middle" stars Patricia Heaton as Frankie, Neil Flynn as Mike, Charlie McDermott as Axl, Eden Sher as Sue, Atticus Shaffer as Brick and Chris Kattan as Bob.
Guest starring are Malcolm Foster Smith as Dave, Troy Metcalf as Jim, Rachel Quaintance as Barb, Steve Byrne as Charles F. Barnes, Joel McCrary as Doug Morton, Larell VanBuren as Ken Fickner, Mackenzie Smith as Megan, Joseph Whipp as Mike's boss and Kiva Jump as teacher.
"The Interview" was written by Vijal Patel and directed by Ken Whittingham.
"The Middle" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with a 5.1 channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. This program carries a TV-PG,L parental guideline.
