ABC NEWS TO BROADCAST PRESIDENT OBAMA'S PRIMETIME SPEECH ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 1 AT 8:00 P.M., ET

ABC News will broadcast live coverage of President Barack Obama's speech at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 1, from 8:00-9:00 p.m., ET / 5:00-6:00 p.m., PT.

Charles Gibson will anchor the primetime coverage. He will be joined by Chief Washington Correspondent and host of "This Week" George Stephanopoulos; Senior White House Correspondent Jake Tapper; Senior Foreign Affairs Correspondent Martha Raddatz; Senior Foreign Correspondent Jim Sciutto in Kabul, Afghanistan; and General Jack Keane (Ret.), an ABC News consultant.

Terry Moran will anchor a special "Nightline" from West Point on Tuesday evening (11:35 p.m. � 12:05 a.m., ET/PT). The broadcast will feature comprehensive reporting and analysis of the speech, as well as contributions from ABC's team of reporters in Afghanistan.

David Chalian, ABC News' Political Director, and Rick Klein, ABC News' Senior Political Reporter and author of "The Note," will anchor ABC News NOW's live coverage of the Presidential address at 8:00 p.m., ET. ABCNEWS.com will live stream the coverage and will also provide extensive reporting from ABC's political and national security correspondents and its reporters in Afghanistan. The site features a special section on the war in Afghanistan (http://www.abcnews.go.com/wn/afghanistan), and users can also share their thoughts and join the debate about the President's speech live via Facebook Connect.

ABC News Radio will provide live coverage of the President's speech, anchored by ABC News Radio Correspondent Aaron Katersky. He will be joined by ABC News Radio White House Correspondent Ann Compton and ABC News Radio Political Analyst Steve Roberts. ABC News Radio will also provide twice hourly one-minute updates from 8:00 p.m., ET through 11:30 p.m., ET.

ABC NewsOne, the network's affiliate news service, will have correspondent Linsey Davis at West Point reporting on the speech for ABC affiliates and international partners.

Note: The programming that had been scheduled to air on Tuesday, December 1 from 8:00-9:00 p.m. will now air on Tuesday, December 8: "A Charlie Brown Christmas" special will air from 8:00-8:30 p.m., ET and "Disney Prep & Landing" will air from 8:30-9:00 p.m.
