NEW YORK July 30, 2008 Bravo delivers a high dose of real estate drama this week with the second season premiere of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing," and the second season finale of "Flipping Out," on Tuesday, August 5 from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. ET/PT. "Million Dollar Listing" follows the lives of three of the top agents in Los Angeles' tough real estate market who stop at nothing to close the deal. In the premiere episode, Josh tries to persuade his pal, Dr. Sam, to buy a fixer-upper with huge profit potential, but it puts a strain on their friendship. Chad is dealing with a temperamental client who wants to sell his million-dollar condo in a not-so-million-dollar neighborhood. Meanwhile, Chad's girlfriend, Victoria, springs some surprising news on him, and Madison's assistant leaves him in a bind, just as he secures one of the biggest listings of his career. The second season premieres on Bravo on Tuesday, August 5 at 11 p.m. ET/PT, immediately following the season finale of "Flipping Out." The show moves to its regular time period on Tuesday, August 12 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
This season, Jeff has spied on his staff, gone through two house assistants, and seen his assistant's marriage fall apart and the season is not over yet. The chaos continues in the second season finale of "Flipping Out," airing Tuesday, August 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Commonwealth is sold and Jeff is homeless and desperate to find a new place to live. His Encino remodeling job is far from finished, and given the fact that the clients deadline to move in is only days away, the distractions are mounting. Combined with the fact that he's now down a house assistant, Jeff's world has never been more chaotic.
