We take a look back at the happy couple and see where their life is headed. The romantic journey of British Bachelor Matt Grant and his fianc�e, Shayne Lamas, will also be highlighted. We catch up with America's favorite "Bachelorette" couple, Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter, and their adorable son, Max. Trista and Ryan invite DeAnna and Jesse out to Colorado, where the two couples share their stories and the Sutters offer tips on how they've made the fairytale ending translate to real life. What's the latest with popular past Bachelors Andrew Firestone and Aaron Buerge? Fans will get an opportunity to find out where some of their favorites Bachelors and Bachelorettes are right now. During DeAnna and Jesse's visit to Vail, Colorado to visit the Sutters, the two couples compare notes about their time on the series. Trista and Ryan also offer some advice about moving forward with their life together as a couple after the show.
