Officer Ryan Cook of the Las Vegas, NV, Metropolitan Police Department is dispatched to a fast-food restaurant where a disturbed man has reportedly threatened a customer. Upon arrival at the heated scene, Officer Cook immediately detains the dramatic suspect and interviews a victim who describes how the man disparaged him by calling him "President Bush" and challenging him to a fight. Once the partially nude suspect chills out, he apologizes for his rotten behavior.
