MAKING ITS NETWORK TELEVISION PREMIERE SATURDAY, MARCH 25 ON ABC
Mel Gibson (�We Were Soldiers,� �The Patriot�) and Joaquin Phoenix (�Walk the Line,� �Gladiator�) star in the suspense filled thriller, �Signs,� making its network television premiere in HDTV with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish audio as the �ABC Saturday Movie of the Week,� MARCH 25 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
As �Signs� opens, strange occurrences are taking place in the lives of the Hess family. Rev. Graham Hess (Mel Gibson) and his brother, Merrill (Joaquin Phoenix), are awakened one night by dogs barking and find the Reverend�s children, Bo (Abigail Breslin) and her brother, Morgan (Rory Culkin), roaming the corn fields. What they discover next seems inexplicable: Patterns of perfectly carved crop circles left the night before. Graham discounts the media frenzy of town�s television and radio broadcasts, as he attempts to learn the source of the mysterious designs. But he�ll have to keep his wits about him to get his family through the series of bizarre and dangerous events that ensue.
