Harrison Ford (�Firewall,� �K-19: The Widowmaker�) and Michelle Pfeiffer (�White Oleander,� �I am Sam�) star in the mystery/thriller �What Lies Beneath,� airing in HDTV format as the �ABC Saturday Movie of the Week,� MARCH 11 (8:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network (Rebroadcast. OAD: 2/1/03). The film, directed by Academy Award-winner Robert Zemeckis (�Polar Express,� �Cast Away,� �Forrest Gump�), will air with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish audio via SAP.

�What Lies Beneath,� which also explores the horror genre, tells the story of an apparently ideal couple as they renovate an old family house on the shores of a lake. The mild-mannered professor (Ford) tries to cope with the increasingly disturbing fears and experiences of his wife (Pfeiffer), who is recovering from a horrific auto accident. She can�t remember the accident or what led up to it; but when she is home alone, doors open by themselves, picture frames move, the bathtub fills and the dog barks at unseen threats.

The situation escalates to the point where she believes the neighbor has killed his wife. The good professor has her consult a psychiatrist (Joe Morton, TV�s �Law & Order,� �Dragonfly,� �Ali�), but there is no relief from her visions and mounting anxiety.
