When Officer Patrick Burke of the Las Vegas, NV, Metropolitan Police Department pulls over a vehicle with a busted tail light, the uncooperative driver attempts to ditch a jar filled with a large amount of methamphetamine and insists that the drugs do not belong to him. Another segment features Officers Scott Sikes and Stacey James of the Fort Worth, TX, Police Department pulling over a vehicle they observed leaving an area known for drug activity. Officers question the female occupants, who are hard-pressed to explain why they are in the area and eventually turn on one another. The driver's daughter is in the cab of the truck, and when officers discover two syringes with heroin residue, this ride takes a sad turn and Child Protective Services is called on COPS: COAST TO COAST airing Saturday, Mar. 4 (8:30-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
