Eight-Time Grammy Nominee Usher Will Also Perform

Kris Kristofferson, Matthew McConaughey, Lisa Marie Presley And Charlie Sheen Will Present

Five Grammy nominees -- The Black Eyed Peas, Gwen Stefani (performing with Eve), Los Lonely Boys, Maroon5 and Franz Ferdinand -- will perform the opening number together on THE 47TH ANNUAL GRAMMY�AWARDS, live from STAPLES Center in Los Angeles and hosted by Queen Latifah, Sunday, Feb. 13 (8:00-11:30 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Eight-time Grammy nominee Usher will also perform.

Kris Kristofferson, Matthew McConaughey, Lisa Marie Presley and Charlie Sheen are set to present.

The Black Eyed Peas are nominated for Record of the Year and Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group. Gwen Stefani has previously won three Grammy Awards and is nominated for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance (as a solo artist) and Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal (with No Doubt). Los Lonely Boys have four nominations: Best New Artist, Record of the Year Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal and Best Rock Instrumental Performance. Maroon5 is nominated for Best New Artist and Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal and Franz Ferdinand has three nominations: Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal, Best Short Form Video and Best Alternative Music Album. Grammy Award-winner Eve is the star of the UPN comedy �Eve.�

Usher is currently nominated for eight Grammy Awards: Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Best Male R&B Vocal Performance, Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal, Best Contemporary R&B Album, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, and two nominations for Best R&B Song (�Burn� and �My Boo� with Alicia Keys).

Previously announced performers are Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, Green Day, Alicia Keys, Tim McGraw, U2, Kanye West with John Legend, Mavis Staples and the Blind Boys of Alabama, Bonnie Raitt and Billy Preston and Tim McGraw with Gretchen Wilson, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Dickey Betts and Elvin Bishop.

Three-time Grammy Award winner Kris Kristofferson will present with actor Matthew McConaughey. Recording artist Lisa Marie Presley and CBS star Charlie Sheen (�Two and a Half Men�) will also present. Previously announced presenters are Tyra Banks, Ellen DeGeneres, Hoobastank, Norah Jones, Alison Krauss, Ludacris, Mark McGrath, Christina Milian, Gary Sinise, John Travolta and Steven Tyler of Aerosmith.

As previously announced, a special fund-raising musical performance, �Across The Universe,� features Bono, Stevie Wonder, Norah Jones, Alicia Keys, Velvet Revolver, Tim McGraw and Brian Wilson, who will donate their time and talents during the performance. Viewers will be able to go to CBS.com, which will offer an exclusive video stream of the segment, as well as footage of rehearsals and behind-the-scenes activities, and have the opportunity to make a donation to a charity benefiting tsunami relief. Viewers will also be able to go directly to the iTunes Music Store to gain access to a download of the live performance of "Across The Universe" for $.99. All proceeds from downloads of the track will go to tsunami relief efforts benefiting survivors and their families. iTunes can also be accessed via CBS.com.

The Grammy Awards, considered to the music industry's highest accolades, are presented by The Recording Academy.
