VAL'S NON-WEDDING CELEBRATION AND SPECIAL APPEARANCE BY GAVIN DE GRAW - When Val (Jennie Garth) comes to the conclusion she can't go through with the wedding, Holly (Amanda Bynes) convinces her to still have a celebration in her honor featuring a personal serenade by Gavin DeGraw. Meanwhile, Holly and Ben (David de Lautour) must say goodbye when he leaves for a two-month tour, and Gary (Wesley Jonathan) uncovers the truth about Vince (Nick Zano) and Tina's (Allison Munn) night together.
