ALAN'S SELF IMAGE IS COMPLETELY SHAKEN WHEN CHARLIE ADMITS
TO HAVING PLAYED A DIRTY TRICK ON HIM WHEN THEY WERE CHILDREN, ON "TWO AND A HALF MEN," MONDAY, OCT. 25
"The Price of Healthy Gums is Eternal Vigilance" -- When Charlie confesses playing a nasty trick on Alan when they were younger, Alan's self image is turned upside down, on TWO AND A HALF MEN Monday, Oct. 25 (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Pamela Fryman directed the episode from a story by Chuck Lorre and Lee Aronsohn, two of the series' executive producers, and a teleplay by Mark Roberts and Eddie Gorodetsky.
When Evelyn tells Jake that Alan shoplifted Silly Putty as a child, Alan denies the charges, as he has ever since the incident took place. He finally admits to Charlie his theory that maybe there is a "Bad Alan" - an evil side of him that stole the Silly Putty which the good side of him works daily to suppress. Charlie feels guilty and admits to planting the Silly Putty on him, destroying Alan's entire sense of self and the brothers' relationship - until Evelyn offers to get involved.
