[07/28/11 - 10:18 PM] Video: A Few Minutes With... "So You Think You Can Dance's" Eliminated Couple Following Tonight's Results Show By Jim Halterman (TFC)
And then there were six. In the world of FOX's "So You Think You Can Dance" that means two more dancers were sent home tonight as the competition series dances and jives its way to its season finale in two weeks. The show was still buzzing, however, about the fact that last night Lady Gaga took one of the guest judges' seats alongside executive producer/judge Nigel Lythgoe, judge Mary Murphy and film director Rob Marshall. Tonight, Gaga skipped the judges' table and did what she does best: performed her songs "Edge of Glory" and "You and I" on the "So You Think You Can Dance" stage.
Also tonight, host Cat Deeley, Lythgoe and Murphy reminded everyone about this Saturday's National Day of Dance (for more details, go to www.fox.com/dance) and that tickets for the "So You Think You Can Dance" tour go on sale tomorrow. Lythgoe also shared that next week's guest judge will be actress Christina Applegate. Our Jim Halterman was at the show's taping in Los Angeles tonight and grabbed a few minutes post-show with Lythgoe, Murphy, Marshall and the two eliminated dancers.
