Thursday Primetime Results:

Estimates After 7 Days of Time-Shifting and Alt-Platform Viewing:

· "The Blacklist," 3.0 rating in 18-49, 11.58 million viewers overall.

· "Shades of Blue," 2.7, 10.90 million.

"Shades of Blue" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 5.6 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Is extremely close to rounding to a 1.2 (currently reporting a 1.14975 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings).

· Against Democratic debate competition and the ABC special "Madoff: After the Fall," retains 85% week to week in 18-49 (1.1 vs. 1.3) and 87% in total viewers (5.644 million vs. 6.490 million).

· Note that this week's ABC competition was up +71% versus last week in the time period (1.2 vs. 0.7).

· Improves the time period by +38% versus NBC's regular-program season average in the slot before "Shades" (1.1 vs. 0.8, L+SD excluding sports and specials).

· Finishes within 0.1 of a point of #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and is #1 or tied for #1 among those nets in adults 18-34 and all key adult-female demos.

· Is a highly time-shifted series, with its most recently reported L+7 lift nearly doubling the show's L+SD rating in 18-49 (from a 1.32 to a 2.57) and bringing a surge of +4.671 million viewers overall (6.641 million to 11.312 million):

· The 95% gain was the #1 biggest percentage increase for the week of Jan. 11-17 on the Big 4 networks.

· It was also the #1 biggest L+7 percentage lift this season for Week 2 of a new series on those nets.

· Last week's "Shades of Blue" added more than 750,000 full-episode views (P2+) in six days on NBC.com and Hulu (752,702).

"The Blacklist" (1.5/5 in 18-49, 6.5 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Against Democratic debate competition, retains +94% of last week's 1.6 in 18-49, which matched the show's high since its season premiere last Oct. 1.

· Ties for #2 in the slot among the Big 4 nets in men 18-49, men 18-34 and women 18-34.

· Improves the slot +25% versus NBC's average last season (1.5 vs. 1.2, L+SD non-sports) and is up +21% in total viewers (6.473 million vs. 5.333 million)

· These numbers will increase dramatically with time-shifting and viewing on alternate platforms -- "Blacklist" has grown by +97% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 1.51 to a 2.98) and 4.9 million viewers overall (7.1 million to 12.0 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· Upscale: "Blacklist" is generating a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 150 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).

"You, Me and the Apocalypse" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 3.6 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Facing increased competition from CBS's original "Big Bang Theory," finishes within 0.3 of a point of last week's series premiere (0.9 vs. 1.2).

· Note that this week's CBS competition was up +67% versus last week in the time period (3.0 vs. 1.8).

· Ties CW's Week 3 of "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" (0.9) in 18-49 and outdelivers it in total viewers.

· Will added substantial viewership via time-shifting and alternate platforms - last week's " You, Me and the Apocalypse" added close to a quarter-million full-episode views (P2+) in six days on NBC.com and Hulu (230,980).

· Upscale: "Apocalypse" is capturing a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 125 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.7/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.0/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.2/6.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.6/5 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.3/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/4 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
