During the week of August 25, 2014, ABC delivered 5 of the Top 20 TV programs in Adults 18-49: "Saturday Night Football" - No. 8, "Modern Family-WED 9:31PM" - No. 12, "Bachelor in Paradise-8/26" and "Modern Family" tied at No. 14 and "Bachelor in Paradise" - No. 18.

· The Network was up 11% week to week in Adults 18-49 (1.0/4 vs. 0.9/3), equaling its 2nd highest rating since early June - since w/o 6/9/14.

Monday

"Bachelor in Paradise" (8:00-10:01 p.m. - 4.8 million and 1.3/4 in AD18-49):

Airing opposite the "66th Primetime Emmy Awards" on NBC, ABC's "Bachelor in Paradise" held steady from the previous week in Adults 18-49 (1.3/4), while posting week-to-week gains in Women 18-34 (+7% - 1.6/5 vs. 1.5/5).

· ABC's "Bachelor in Paradise" was the No. 1 most social broadcast series Monday night with 18,180 tweets.

"Mistresses" (10:01-11:00 p.m. - 3.2 million and 0.9/3 in AD18-49):

From 10:01-11:00 p.m., ABC's "Mistresses" was up week to week by 13% in Adults 18-49 (0.9/3 vs. 0.8/2) and by 20% in Adults 18-34 (0.6/2 vs. 0.5/2). During the final hour of primetime, "Mistresses" beat CBS' "Under the Dome" in Women 18-34 (+11% - 1.0/3 vs. 0.9/3) for the 2nd time in the last 3 weeks.

Tuesday

"Bachelor in Paradise-SP-8/26" (8:00-10:00 p.m. - 5.1 million and 1.4/5 in AD18-49):

Night 2 of ABC's "Bachelor in Paradise" 2-night event saw increases from the previous night in both Total Viewers (+6% - 5.1 million vs. 4.8 million) and Adults 18-49 (+8% - 1.4/5 vs. 1.3/4). In addition, "Bachelor in Paradise" also grew in Adults 18-34 (+20% - 1.2/5 vs. 1.0/4) and Women 18-34 (+13% - 1.8/7 vs. 1.6/5) to hit series highs in both measures.

· "Bachelor in Paradise" ranked No. 1 in its 2-hour time slot in Women 18-34 (1.8/7) and Women 18-49 (2.0/6-tie).

Wednesday

"Modern Family" (9:00-10:00 p.m. - 4.6 million and 1.5/5 in AD18-49):

In the 9 o'clock hour, back-to-back encore episodes of ABC's "Modern Family" ranked a strong second among Adults 18-49 (1.5/5), beating originals of CBS' "Extant" (1.1/4) and Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance" (1.1/4) by 36% each.

· Fresh off its 5th consecutive Emmy win for Outstanding Comedy Series, "Modern Family" scored its 2nd-highest repeat number this summer among Adults 18-49 with its 9:30 p.m. telecast (1.5/5) and tied its 3rd-best with its 9:00 p.m. telecast (1.4/5).

"Motive" (10:00-11:00 p.m. - 3.8 million and 0.9/3 in AD18-49):

In the 10 o'clock hour, ABC's season finale of "Motive" was up for the 2nd week in a row in Adults 18-49 (+13% - 0.9/3 vs. 0.8/3) to equal a 10-week high - since 6/18/14. Among Adults 18-49 from 10:00-11:00 p.m., "Motive" nearly tied the second hour of CBS' "Extant" (pacing within 1-tenth of a rating point and tied in audience share - 0.9/3 vs. 1.0/3) and beat NBC's "America's Got Talent"-led "Taxi Brooklyn" by 29% (0.9/3 vs. 0.7/2).

· "Motive" topped its last season's finale (0.8/3 on 8/29/13) by 13% in Adults 18-49.

Friday

"Shark Tank-R" (9:00-10:01 p.m. - 4.0 million and 1.0/4 in AD18-49):

ABC's encore "Shark Tank" was Friday's No. 1 program among Adults 18-49 (1.0/4) on the major networks.

"20/20" (10:01-11:00 p.m. - 4.0 million and 0.9/3 in AD18-49):

ABC's "20/20" grew week to week by 8% in Total Viewers (4.0 million vs. 3.7 million) to attract its biggest overall audience in 3 weeks (since 8/8/14) and posted gains in both Adults 18-49 (+29% - 0.9/3 vs. 0.7/3) and Adults 25-54 (+9% - 1.2/4 vs. 1.1/3).

Saturday

ABC's 9th season premiere of "Saturday Night Football" (Florida St vs. Oklahoma St) made the Net the most-watched network on Saturday evening, dominating Fox with its college football premiere game (from 8:00-10:00 p.m.) in both Total Viewers (5.6 million vs. 1.3 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.7/7 vs. 0.4/2). ABC won Saturday night for the 2nd week in a row in Total Viewers and beat the other major networks combined (CBS, NBC, and Fox) by 6% in Adults 18-49 (1.7/7 vs. 1.6/7). Airing from 8:07-11:53 p.m., ABC's college football game was the night's No. 1 TV show with viewers (6.0 million) and young adults (1.9/8).
