The +98% Live+Same Day to Live+3 gain in Total Viewers is the highest percentage increase for a single episode of any first-year FX series.

The series premiere episode of Tyrant (June 24, 2014) delivered 1.2 million Adults 18-49 and 3.1 million Total Viewers, based on Live+3 data. Live+7 data for the premiere will be available next week. On a Live+3 basis, episode 2 of Tyrant showed a +22 point turnaround in Live+3 from Live+Same Day in both Adults 18-49 (+9% from -13%) and Total Viewers (-11% from -33%).

Tomorrow night's third installment of Tyrant, "My Brother's Keeper" (Airs Tuesday, July 8 at 10:00pm - 11:02pm ET/PT), Barry's (Adam Rayner) decision to stay in Abbudin is met with mixed emotions, and the discovery of new evidence connected to the attempted murder of Jamal (Ashraf Barhom) threatens to drive a wedge between the two brothers. (Written by Glenn Gordon Caron; directed by Michael Lehmann)

From Emmy(R) and Golden Globe(R) Award-winning Executive Producer/Showrunner Howard Gordon (24, Homeland), Tyrant tells the story of an unassuming American family drawn into the inner workings of the turbulent fictional Middle Eastern nation of Abbudin. Bassam "Barry" Al-Fayed, the younger son of the dictator of a war-torn nation, ends a self-imposed 20-year exile to return to his homeland, accompanied by his American wife and children, for his nephew's wedding. Barry's reluctant homecoming leads to a dramatic clash of cultures as he is thrown back into the familial and national politics of his youth. Howard Gordon, Craig Wright, Glenn Gordon Caron, Gideon Raff, David Yates, Michael Lehmann, Peter Noah, and Avi Nir are Executive Producers. Gideon Raff created Tyrant, and Fox 21 and FX Productions produce it.
