During February 2014, Disney Channel, the 24-hour kid-driven, family-inclusive television network, ranked as TV's #1 network for the 34th-consecutive month in Kids 6-11 (512,000/2.2 rating) and for the 46th-straight month in Tweens 9-14 (465,000/1.9 rating), driven by the finale of "Good Luck Charlie," and all-new episodes of popular series - most notably "Austin & Ally," "Liv and Maddie" and "I Didn't Do It."

Competitively, Disney Channel exceeded Nickelodeon by solid double digits for the 32nd-consecutive month in both Kids 6-11 (+14% - 512,000 vs. 448,000) and Tweens 9-14 (+67% - 465,000 vs. 279,000).

In Prime, Disney Channel extended its streak as TV's #1 network to 108-consecutive months in Kids 6-11 (805,000/3.4 rating) and to 104-straight months in Tweens 9-14 (732,000/3.0 rating).

· The 1-hour finale of "Good Luck Charlie" (2/16/14, 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.) stood as the month's #1 cable TV telecast in Kids 6-11 (1.7 million/7.1 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.8 million/7.6 rating), and cable TV's #1 live-action telecast in Kids 2-11 (2.1 million/5.2 rating).

24-Hour Disney Junior channel

24-hour Disney Junior channel ranked as the TV's #1 Total Day preschool-dedicated network for the 11th-straight month in Total Viewers (450,000), Kids 2-5 (222,000/1.4 rating) and Boys 2-5 (116,000/1.5 rating) - each month since reporting public ratings on April 1, 2013 - for the 8th-consecutive month in Girls 2-5 (106,000/1.4 rating) and for the 9th month in a row in Women 18-49 (92,000).

Notably, this was the channel's #2 month on record in Total Viewers and across all preschooler demos, and its #1 month ever in Women 18-49. Conversely, the month stood as Nick Jr.'s least-watched month to date in Kids 2-5, Girls 2-5 (tied w/ Jan. �08) and Boys 2-5, and second-least-watched month in Total Viewers, behind January '08.

· For the 2nd-consecutive month, "Sheriff Callie's Wild West," "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" and "Sofia the First" were the Top 3 series among midsize cable TV networks in Total Viewers, Kids 2-5 and Women 18-49 (Kids 2-5 below):

· Further, "Sheriff Callie's Wild West" and "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" accounted for the month's Top 7 telecasts amid midsize cable TV networks in Kids 2-5 (Top 5 below):

· Disney Junior Channel defeated Nick Jr. by double digits across all core demos: +52% in Total Viewers (450,000 vs. 297,000), +60% in Kids 2-5 (222,000 vs. 139,000), +43% in Girls 2-5 (106,000 vs. 74,000), +76% in Boys 2-5 (116,000 vs. 66,000) and +48% in Women 18-49 (92,000 vs. 62,000), despite being in 12.1 million fewer homes.

· Disney Junior Channel towered over Sprout by triple digits for the 11th month in a row among Total Viewers (+188% - 450,000 vs. 156,000), Kids 2-5 (+236% - 222,000 vs. 66,000), Girls 2-5 (+221% - 106,000 vs. 33,000), Boys 2-5 (+252% - 116,000 vs. 33,000) and Women 18-49 (+156% - 92,000 vs. 36,000).
