NBC RESULTS FOR THE PRIMETIME WEEK OF FEB. 25-MARCH 3

MONDAY'S 'BIGGEST LOSER' WEIGHS IN WITH A FOUR-WEEK HIGH IN 18-49, WHILE 'DECEPTION' MATCHES ITS FIVE-WEEK HIGH

WEDNESDAY'S 'CHICAGO FIRE' HITS A FOUR-WEEK HIGH IN 18-49 TO WIN ITS TIME PERIOD OVER ORIGINAL ABC AND CBS DRAMA COMPETITION FOR THE FIRST TIME

SUNDAY'S DEBUT OF 'ALL-STAR CELEBRITY APPRENTICE' WINS THE 10-11 P.M. ET HOUR AMONG ABC, CBS AND NBC IN 18-49; TOPS ABC'S SERIES DEBUT OF 'RED WIDOW' HEAD TO HEAD

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - March 5, 2013 - NBC has delivered a 1.2 rating, 4 share in adults 18-49 and 4.1 million viewers overall for the primetime ratings week of February 25-March 3, according to "live plus same day" viewing data from Nielsen Media Research.

NBC's top shows last week included "The Biggest Loser" which averaged a 2.2 rating in adults 18-49; "Chicago Fire," which delivered a 2.0; and "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice," which earned a 1.7. Both "Biggest Loser" and "Chicago Fire" hit four-week highs last week in 18-49.

Primetime averages for the week of February 25-March 3 in adults 18-49 are: Fox, 2.2/6; CBS, 1.9/5; ABC, 1.6/5; NBC, 1.2/4; and CW, 0.5/1. In overall total viewers, the weekly averages were: CBS, 9.1 million; Fox, 6.6 million; ABC, 6.1 million; NBC, 4.1 million; and CW, 1.2 million.

Season to date averages through eight weeks are: CBS, 3.1/9; NBC, 2.6/7; Fox, 2.5/7; ABC, 2.3/6; and CW, 0.7/2. In overall total viewers, the season averages are: CBS, 12.5 million; ABC, 7.9 million; NBC, 7.5 million; Fox, 7.1 million; and CW, 1.9 million.

NBC highlights for the week of February 25-March 3

Monday: "The Biggest Loser" (2.2 rating, 6 share in adults 18-49, 5.7 million viewers overall from 8-10:01 p.m. ET) grew versus the prior week by 5 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 2.2 from a 2.1) and was up versus two weeks earlier by 10 percent (2.2 vs. 2.0), to score its highest rating since January 28 (a 2.3). In total viewers, "Biggest Loser" earned a three-week high.

"Deception" (1.2/3 in 18-49, 3.3 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) equaled the prior week's 18-49 result and matched the show's top rating in five weeks (since earning a 1.3 on January 21). In total viewers, it was the top "Deception" in four weeks.

Tuesday: "The New Normal" (1.0/3 in 18-49, 2.6 million viewers overall at 9:30 p.m. ET) grew week to week by 11 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.0 from a 0.9) and retained 91 percent of its 18-49 lead-in from "Go On." Maintaining their 18-49 ratings week to week were the 8 p.m. ET edition of "Betty White's Off Their Rockers" (1.3/4 in 18-49, 4.5 million viewers overall), "Go On" (1.1/3 in 18-49, 3.2 million viewers overall at 9) and "Smash" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 3.0 million viewers overall at 10).

Wednesday: "Chicago Fire" (2.0/6 in adults 18-49, 6.6 million viewers overall at 10 p.m. ET) won the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 over originals of "CSI" and "Nashville," marking the first time "Chicago Fire" has beaten an original "CSI" in 18-49. It was the highest "Chicago Fire" 18-49 rating since January 30.

It was the eighth consecutive "Chicago Fire" original to equal or beat the show's debut 1.9 rating on October 10 in 18-49. Among all other new dramas this season on ABC, CBS and NBC and Fox, only Fox's "The Following" has matched or beaten its premiere 18-49 rating, which it's done one time.

At 9 p.m. ET, "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (1.6/4 in adults 18-49, 5.4 million viewers overall) matched its top rating since January 30. "Law & Order: SVU" grew from half-hour to half-hour in all key categories.

Also on Wednesday, "Whitney" (1.2/4 in 18-49, 3.4 million viewers overall at 8 p.m. ET) grew week to week by 9 percent in 18-49 to equal its highest 18-49 rating since January 30, and "Guys With Kids" (1.1/3 in 18-49, 3.0 million viewers overall at 8:30) was up week to week by 10 percent to earn its top rating since February 6.

Thursday: "Community" (1.2/4 in 18-49, 2.8 million viewers overall at 8 p.m. ET) grew week to week by 9 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.2 from a 1.1) in a competitive time period opposite CBS's encore "Big Bang Theory," Fox's "American Idol" and ABC's "Zero Hour."

At 8:30 p.m. ET, an encore "Parks and Recreation" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 2.2 million viewers overall) earned the show's highest 18-49 and total-viewer results among four encores aired so far this season. At 9 p.m., a rebroadcast "The Office" (1.0/3 in 18-49, 2.2 million viewers overall) matched the show's highest 18-49 rating among four encores so far this season. And at 9:31, "1600 Penn" (0.9/2 in 18-49, 2.2 million viewers overall) retained 99.8 percent of its lead-in from an encore "Office" in total viewers.

Friday: "Dateline NBC" (1.4/4 in 18-49, 5.9 million viewers overall from 8-10 p.m. ET) matched the show's top Friday rating in 18-49 since January 4. "Dateline" ranked #2 in the slot among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and total viewers.

Sunday: The debut of "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice" (1.7/4 in 18-49, 5.2 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET) out-rated ABC's two-hour premiere of "Red Widow" in adults 18-49 (with a 1.7 rating vs. a 1.5). In the time period, "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice" tied for #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 25-54 (with a 2.3 rating).

For its second hour from 10-11 p.m. ET, "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice" ranked #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49, as well as men and women 18-49 and adults, men and women 25-54.

"Dateline NBC" (1.3/3 in 18-49, 6.1 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) hit a Sunday season high in total viewers.
