MTV'S "THE CHALLENGE: BATTLE OF THE EXES" GROWS FROM ITS HIGHLY RATED SEASON PREMIERE, ATTRACTING MORE THAN 2.2 MILLION VIEWERS
New York, NY - (February 2, 2012) - Last night's episode of "The Challenge: Battle of the Exes" delivered a 2.2 P12-34 rating, growing 16% from last week's season premiere, the highest rated debut the franchise has seen in eight seasons. "The Challenge: Battle of the Exes" was Wednesday's #1 original cable series and ranked #1 in its 10:00-11:00 p.m. time slot across all TV. With more than 2.2 million viewers tuning in to last night's second episode, "The Challenge" is off to its fastest start in eight seasons.
In next week's episode, airing Wednesday, February 8 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on MTV, Abram struggles with insecurity over his on-and-off relationship with Cara Maria, while Paula and Dunbar seem to be getting over their issues-for now. And physical injuries put not one, but two teams, in jeopardy of going home.
"The Challenge: Battle of the Exes," was created for MTV by Bunim/Murray Productions. Jonathan Murray, Scott Freeman and Justin Booth serve as Executive Producers. Jacquelyn French is the MTV Executive in charge of production.
