CBS placed first in viewers and adults 25-54 for the 11th time in 12 weeks and was second in adults 18-49, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Dec. 12, week 12 of the 2010-2011 television season.

CRIMINAL MINDS, TWO AND A HALF MEN, THE MENTALIST, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, THE BIG BANG THEORY and a rebroadcast of NCIS were the week's top scripted programs. The finale of THE AMAZING RACE 17 delivered its largest audience of the season

60 MINUTES, CBS's top program of the week in viewers, delivered its highest adult 18-49 rating since January.

For the week in viewers: CBS (10.52m), NBC (8.82m), ABC (7.04m) and FOX (5.65m). Season-to-date, CBS (12.33m) is ahead of ABC (9.58m), NBC (8.15m) and FOX (7.95m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (3.5/09) and second in adults 18-49 (2.6/07). Season-to-date, CBS is first in both adults 25-54 (4.2/10) and adults 18-49 (3.2/09), up +2% in adults 25-54 (from 4.1/10) and even in adults 18-49 compared to last season.

For the week in households: CBS (6.4/11), NBC (5.3/09), ABC (4.4/07) and FOX (3.5/05). Season-to-date, CBS (7.5/12) is ahead of ABC (6.0/10), NBC (5.0/08) and FOX (4.7/08).

? HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was first in households (5.6/09), viewers (9.26m), adults 25-54 (4.2/11), adults 18-49 (3.6/10) and adults 18-34 (3.1/10). HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER posted seasons highs in viewers.

? RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was first in households (5.4/08), adults 25-54 (4.0/10), adults 18-49 (3.1/08) and second in viewers (8.78m). RULES OF ENGAGEMENT posted its season best delivery in viewers and best adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 performance since Nov. 1, 2010.

? TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (8.1/12), viewers (13.41m), adults 25-54 (5.4/12) and adults 18-49 (4.2/10).

? MIKE & MOLLY was first in households (6.7/10), viewers (11.04m), adults 25-54 (4.5/10) and adults 18-49 (3.4/08).

-- On Sunday, CBS was second in households (9.0/14), viewers (15.15m), adults 25-54 (5.2/12) and adults 18-49 (4.2/11). CBS's late running football from 7:00-7:26PM posted a 19.0/32 with 33.08m viewers, 12.5/33 in adults 25-54 and 10.8/31 in adults 18-49.

? 60 MINUTES (7:26-8:26PM) was first in households (10.8/17), viewers (17.59m), adults 25-54 (5.0/12) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (3.9/10, with NBC). 60 MINUTES posted its best delivery in households, viewers and adults 25-54 since Nov. 21, 2010, in adults 18-49 since Jan. 17, 2010.

? THE AMAZING RACE 17 (8:26-9:26PM) was second in households (7.0/11), viewers (12.12m), adults 25-54 (4.6/10) and third in adults 18-49 (3.7/09). THE AMAZING RACE 17 posted its best households and viewers performances of the season, matched the best adults 25-54 delivery and posted the best adults 18-49 ratings since October 10, 2010. Compared last fall's finale, THE AMAZING RACE was even in households, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

? UNDERCOVER BOSS (9:26-10:26PM, 6.6/10, 11.09m) was second in viewers (11.09m), tied for second in both adults 25-54 (3.9/09, with ABC) and adults 18-49 (3.1/07, with ABC). Compared to last week, UNDERCOVER BOSS was up +6% in households (from 6.2/09), +5% in adults 25-54 (from 3.7/08), +15% in adults 18-49 (from 2.7/06) and added +590,000 viewers (from 10.50m, +6%).
