Tuesday's "Housewives" Ranked As the #1 Cable Program Of The Day Among Women 18-49

NEW YORK � March 7, 2007 � Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Orange County" original 10 p.m. ET/PT episode last night scored 1.3 million total viewers, making it the most viewed episode for the series ever (3/6/07), according to Nielsen Media Research. The poignant episode, in which Vicki Gunvalson surprised her unwelcoming son Michael at college, also marked the program's best adult 18-49 delivery (1.0 million) in its history and ranked as the #1 cable program of the day among Women 18-49 ( 774,000).

Last night's episode delivered a 1.24 HH cvg rating and increased from last week's all-new episode on February 27 by 32 percent among total viewers (1.3 vs. 1.0) and 24 percent among P18-49 (1.0 vs. 843 ,000). The second season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" continues to pace ahead of its first season with a 69 percent increase among total viewers (1.0 vs. 616,000) and 73 percent among viewers 18-49 (834,000 vs 481,000).

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" comes to a spectacular second season finish on Tuesday, March 13 at 10:00 ET/PT , bringing to a conclusion the ongoing real-life chronicles of 'housewives' Jo De La Rosa, Vicki, Jeana Keough, Tammy Knickerbocker and Lauri Waring. What will happen to Jo and Slade's relationship? Will Lauri's kids Josh and Ashley agree on whether Josh can move into the townhouse? Is it time for Jeana's son Shane to consider a career after baseball? Will Vicki survive being an empty nester and learn to let go of her kids? Will Tammy's kids come to terms with the materialism of the gated community?

Bravo will air the special "Watch What Happens: The Real Housewives of Orange County Reunion," on Tuesday, March 20 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.
