Rankings: ABC series performed well throughout the week, opposite the final 7 nights of NBC�s Winter Olympics telecasts. In fact, ABC dominated NBC on the final evening of its Olympics coverage, topping Sunday�s Closing Ceremonies by 7.4 million viewers and by 105% in Adults 18-49. ABC stood as the No. 1 network on all 4 Sundays of the 2006 February Sweep in the key Adult 18-49 sales demographic. During the week, ABC aired 4 of the Top 20 TV programs among Adults 18-49, including 2 of the Top 5: �Grey�s Anatomy� � No. 3, �Dancing with the Stars-2/26� (Sunday Season Finale) � No. 5, �Dancing with the Stars� (Thursday) � No. 14 and �Primetime� � No. 17. Additionally, ABC�s �The Bachelor: Paris� and �Wife Swap� finished just outside the Top 20 among young adults, tied at the No. 21 position. ABC also aired 4 of the Top 20 most-watched television programs for the week, with the second season finale for �Dancing with the Stars� finishing as the No. 3 program overall, topping all 7 of NBC�s Olympics telecasts and trailing only Fox�s Wednesday and Tuesday editions of �American Idol.� ABC�s �Grey�s Anatomy� stood as TV�s No. 1 scripted program of the week in Total Viewers and across each of the adult demos (AD18-34/AD18-34/AD25-54). ABC News� �Primetime,� featuring an exclusive interview with Joran Van Der Sloot � the prime suspect in the Natalee Holloway disappearance in Aruba -- qualified as the No. 1 newsmagazine of the week in Total Viewers, Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49. In key adult demos (AD25-54/AD18-49), it was the top-rated newsmagazine on any network in 6 weeks � since 1/8/06. ABC�s �20/20� was the second-highest-rated newsmagazine during the week among Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49. It was the third week in a row that ABC News� has claimed TV�s No. 1 newsmagazine in Adults 18-49.

Monday

On its second Monday facing the 2006 Winter Olympics, ABC�s Adult 18-49 delivery (4.0/9) was up from the prior week (3.9/10 on 2/13/06) and from the same Monday last February Sweep (3.8/9 on 2/21/05).

�Wife Swap: Wife Swap Saved My Marriage� (8:00-10:00 p.m.)

ABC�s 2-hour special �Wife Swap Saved My Marriage� took second place in its time period to the Olympics among Women 18-34 (5.1/12). Opposite stiff competition from NBC (Olympics) and Fox (�House�/�24�), �Wife Swap� built audience in each half-hour, gaining 2.2 million viewers (8.1 million to 10.3 million) and 45% in Adults 18-49 (3.3/8 to 4.8/10) from start to finish.

� �Wife Swap Saved My Marriage� produced the ABC unscripted series� second-highest Adult 18-34 rating (3.7/10) this season, while producing a season high among Women 18-34 (5.1/12).

�The Bachelor: Paris: The Women Tell All� (10:00 -11:00 p.m.)

During the 10 o�clock hour, �The Bachelor: Paris: The Women Tell All� took second place to the Olympics, ahead of CBS, among Adults 18-34 (3.9/10) and across each of the key women demographics: W18-34 (5.6/14), W18-49 (5.7/13) and W25-54 (5.8/12).

� Compared to the most recent �The Bachelor: The Women Tell All� special with Charlie (on 5/9/05, this year�s special was up by 1.5 million viewers (8.6 million vs. 7.1 million) and by 38% in Adults 18-49 (4.0/9 vs. 2.9/7). In viewers and young adults, it was the strongest performance for �The Bachelor: The Women Tell All� since May 2004 � since 5/12/04 and the �Tell All� for Jesse.

Thursday

ABC stood as the second-most-watched network on Thursday night (16.0 million), behind only NBC with its Winter Olympics coverage on the evening. It was a big night for broadcast TV, with ABC�s �Dancing with the Stars,� NBC�s Winter Olympics, Fox�s �American Idol� and CBS� �Survivor� and �C.S.I.� helping draw in nearly 11 million more viewers to their television sets than on a typical Thursday evening this season (Primetime Viewer 2+ TV Usage = 122.02 million last night vs. 111.36 million on an average Thursday this season).

� ABC generated its strongest non-sports Thursday in over 1 year among Total Viewers (16.0 million) and Adults 18-49 (4.8/11) � since 2/3/05. The Net logged its highest non-sports Adult 18-34 number (3.8/11) on the night in 3 years � since 2/20/03.

� Versus the same night last February Sweep (2/21/05), ABC�s primetime numbers shot up by 6.1 million viewers (16.0 million vs. 9.9 million) and by 62% in Adults 18-49 (4.8/11 vs. 2.9/7).

�Dancing with the Stars� (8:00-10:00 p.m.)

Facing intense competition during its 2-hour time period from the Olympics, �American Idol,� �Survivor� and �C.S.I.,� �Dancing with the Stars� (17.7 million) earned second place to NBC in Total Viewers, outpacing third-place Fox by 2 million viewers (15.7 million) and fourth-place CBS by nearly 3 million viewers (14.8 million). The ABC unscripted series saw its numbers climb steadily throughout its broadcast, jumping sharply during the second hour as the actual dance competition began. From 9:00-10:00 p.m. during the dancing portion of the program, �DWTS� drew an average audience of 20.6 million viewers and a 6.2/14 in Adults 18-49, up by +5.8 million viewers and +68% in the among young adults (8:00-9:00 p.m. = 14.8 million & 3.7/9, during the first hour, which was a recap of the season).

� �Dancing with the Stars� produced ABC�s biggest audience (17.7 million) with regular programming in the time period since November 2000 and its second-highest Adult 18-49 number (4.9/12) since January 2001 � since 11/16/00 and 1/18/01.

� Despite the fierce competition for young adult audience, �DWTS� marked its second-highest number this season among Adults 18-34 (3.9/11) and matched a season high among Men 18-34 (2.5/8).

�Primetime� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

Capitalizing on its strong lead-in, ABC News� �Primetime� took second place during the 10 o�clock hour, drawing an average audience of 12.5 million viewers and a 4.4/11 in Adults 18-49. The ABC newsmagazine featured Chris Cuomo�s exclusive interview with Joran Van Der Sloot � the prime suspect in the Natalee Holloway disappearance � as he offered his side of what happened the night she went missing.

� �Primetime� drew its largest audience since April 2003 and garnered its top ratings across the adult demographics (AD18-34 � 3.7/10, AD18-49 � 4.4/11 & AD25-54 � 5.2/12) since November 2003 � since 4/24/03 & 11/13/03.

� In Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54, �Primetime� delivered the highest-rated newsmagazine telecast on any network since January 8, 2006.

Friday

ABC took second place to NBC�s Olympics coverage on Friday night in Total Viewers (9.2 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.9/9).

�America�s Funniest Home Videos� (8:00-10:00 p.m.)

�America�s Funniest Home Videos� attracted 9.4 million viewers and a 3.0 rating, 9 share among Adults 18-49, placing second in its 2-hour block in both Nielsen measures. Despite airing against NBC�s Olympics, the video clip show gain 1.7 million viewers (8.3 million to 110.0 million) and grew by 42% among Adults 18-49 (2.4/8 to 3.4/10) from its first half-hour to its final half-hour.

�20/20� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

During the 10 o�clock hour opposite the Olympics, ABC News� �20/20� posted week-to-week increases in both viewers (8.6 million vs. 7.8 million) and young adults (2.8/8 vs. 2.7/8).

Sunday

Winning each Sunday during the 2006 February Sweep in the key Adult 18-49 sales demographic, ABC posted a dominant victory on the final night of the month in both viewers and young adults. ABC bested its nearest competitors on the evening by 7.4 million viewers (22.2 million vs. 14.8 million � NBC) and by 77% in Adults 18-49 (7.8/18 vs. 4.4/11 � Fox). NBC, with its coverage of the Winter Olympics Closing Ceremonies, actually finished in third place in Adults 18-49 (3.8/9) on the night. ABC�s lineup gained young adult audience steadily throughout the night, winning each half-hour beginning at 8:00 p.m. in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. ABC was also the No. 1 network during Sunday�s primetime among Adults 25-54 (9.0/19), Adults 18-34 (6.5/17), Teens 12-17 (4.2/13) and Kids 2-11 (3.6/13).

� ABC�s season finale of �Dancing with the Stars� and �Grey�s Anatomy� stood as the Top 2 TV programs on Sunday among Total Viewers and Adults 18-49.

� Excluding the Super Bowl and Academy Awards, ABC attracted its largest Sunday audience since November 1999 � 11/7/99.

�America�s Funniest Home Videos� (7:00-8:00 p.m.)

ABC�s �America�s Funniest Home Videos� was the top non-sports program in its hour among Adults 18-49 (3.1/9).

�Dancing with the Stars� (8:00-10:00 p.m.)

Soaring from its lead-in and gaining audience throughout its telecast, ABC�s second season finale of �Dancing with the Stars� towered over its time period competition. In its 2-hour time period, the concluding installment of the ABC dance contest beat its nearest competition by 12.3 million viewers (27.2 million vs. 14.9 million - NBC) and by 110% in Adults 18-49 (8.6/19 vs. 4.1/9 � Fox). During the final half-hour, while Drew Lachey was announced the winner of the competition, the program attracted an average audience of 29.7 million viewers and a 9.8/21 in Adults 18-49.

� Marking the series� best numbers ever across the board, the second season finale of �Dancing with the Stars� surpassed its first season finale last summer (on 7/6/05) by+4.8 million viewers (27.2 million vs. 22.4 million) and by 28% in Adults 18-49 (8.6/19 vs. 6.7/19).

� Excluding the Super Bowl and Oscar telecasts, �DWTS� attracted ABC�s biggest audience in the time period in more than 8 years � since 11/2/97.

� The second season finale of �Dancing with the Stars� drew more viewers than any season finale of CBS� �Survivor� since the closing installment of the show�s third cycle (�Survivor: Africa� on 1/10/02), and a larger audience than any NBC �Apprentice� finale since the program�s first season ender (�Apprentice 1� on 4/15/04).

�Grey�s Anatomy� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC�s �Grey�s Anatomy� beat the combined deliveries of CBS and NBC in the hour among viewers and young adults. In its time period, �Grey�s� delivered a larger audience than NBC (Olympics Closing Ceremonies) and CBS (�CSI�) together in the hour (24.8 million vs. 24.6 million � NBC and CBS), and beat the two networks combined by 50% in Adults 18-49 (10.8/24 vs. 7.2/17 � NBC and CBS).

� �Grey�s Anatomy� was up from the prior week among Total Viewers and Adults 18-49 (24.4 million & 10.7/24 on 2/19/06).
