'SNL' TOPS EVERY SATURDAY PRIMETIME NON-SPORTS TELECAST ON EVERY NETWORK SINCE MARCH 2003

BURBANK, Calif. � Feb. 9, 2006 � The Feb. 4 telecast of "Saturday Night Live," with host Steve Martin and musical guest Prince delivered the highest "SNL" adult 18-49 rating in 15 months and the biggest overall audience for the program in 21 months.

Last weekend's telecast averaged a 4.1 rating, 16 share in adults 18-49 and 9.3 million viewers overall. Versus the same night last year, "SNL" is up 11 percent in 18-49 (with a 4.1 rating vs. a 3.7) and up 1.6 million viewers overall.

The 4.1 rating in 18-49 for "Saturday Night Live" beats every Saturday non-sports primetime program on every network over the last 34 months (since NBC's March 29, 2003 telecast of "Law & Order: SVU").

The last time "SNL" scored a higher 18-49 rating was Oct. 30, 2004 (host Kate Winslet, musical guest Eminem) and the last time "SNL" had a bigger overall audience was April 10, 2004 (Janet Jackson).

The Feb. 4 telecast marked Martin's record 14th appearance hosting "Saturday Night Live."
