BONES (FOX) - Co-stars Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz as well as executive producer Barry Josephson have been awarded almost $179 million following a lawsuit with the network over their profit participation on the series. The project, which is set to open a writers' room in April, features some of Disney's most popular villains and is billed as "an epic universe that weaves classic Disney tales told in a brand new way." Christina Davis of Maniac Productions will also executive produce for ABC Signature Studios. (Deadline.com)

Said casting reportedly includes a salary "north of $200,000 an episode if the pilot goes to series and a big penalty if it doesn't." Additionally, he'll receive executive producer credit come season two and a feature script development deal with producers eOne and Cedar Park Entertainment to develop and star in a movie for the companies. (Deadline.com)
EMERGENCE (NBC) - Alexa Skye Swinton, Clancy Brown, Ashley Aufderheide and Robert Bailey, Jr. are all set to join the Allison Tolman-led drama pilot, about Jo (Tolman), a police chief who takes in a young child, Piper (Swinton), she finds near the site of a mysterious accident who has no memory of what has happened.
